If you take epic prowess on the wm bonus feat (at level 40) you'll get another free feat. If you shuffle around your LL feats (or take 4 great dex instead of str pre-LL and put only 2 LL ability points into dex so you still get 40 str and 26 dex) you could even get blinding speed. Not sure if it's that helpful on a char with so many monk levels, but as you took dev crit I guess you'll be going for the non-crit. immune stuff directly and take it down fast instead of trading hits with the big bad crit immune monsters. And speed might be helpful to get there and back out of a mob.
btw. I think my staffy could cast blackstaff on a qs monk, you won't get any staffy damage bonus but a qs +20 might be better than what you can get from gmw or iof. Even if there are no staffies in the party, a wizard should be able to give you +19 or even +20 too (if he knows the spell).

i find going under 70% conceal (30 monk pre LL) really hurts a low ac toon such as this. I settled on 7 wm 3 CoT on mine though in retrospect I should change that to 7 wm 3BG. can post it in a bit if you want.

Maljin: I shuffled around like you said, got to 8 Great Strength early and freed up my level 60 feat (currently says Blinding Speed, may also grab ESF Concentration or ESF CW/CA or something)

and offhand your dex ac would be +14 and your wis bonus would be +8 but your armor will only be 15 in bur robes (never count on gird... I see it less and less lately)

I see it less and less lately) Yes, they will be but I start out with my base AC at level 40 in test chamber (30) which includes Dex and Wis before you get +12 in gear already. As for the build you have, sure I'd love to see it ^_^

this is most likely what I will redo my staff monk once I demi her (would do it now but she is tagged far enough that I can wait, and she is still very effective)
Kolyarut: (Quick to Master, Spring Attack, Mobility, Dodge) 01: Monk(1): Luck of Heros, Expertise, {Cleave, Evasion, Improved Unarmed Strike, Stunning Fist} 02: Monk(2): {Deflect Arrows} 03: Monk(3): Weapon Focus: Quarterstaff 04: Monk(4): STR+1, (STR=20) 05: Monk(5) 06: Monk(6): Whirlwind Attack, {Knockdown, Improved Knockdown} 07: Monk(7) 08: Monk(8): STR+1, (STR=21) 09: Monk(9): Power Attack, {Improved Evasion} 10: Monk(10) 11: Blackguard(1) 12: Blackguard(2): STR+1, Improved Critical: Quarterstaff, {Smite Good}, (STR=22) 13: Blackguard(3) 14: Weapon Master(1): Weapon of Choice: Quarterstaff 15: Weapon Master(2): Great Cleave 16: Weapon Master(3): STR+1, (STR=23) 17: Weapon Master(4) 18: Weapon Master(5): Blind Fight 19: Weapon Master(6) 20: Weapon Master(7): STR+1, (STR=24) 21: Monk(11): Overwhelming Critical: Quarterstaff 22: Monk(12) 23: Monk(13) 24: Monk(14): STR+1, Great Strength I, (STR=26) 25: Monk(15) 26: Monk(16) 27: Monk(17): Great Strength II, (STR=27) 28: Monk(18): DEX+1, (DEX=20) 29: Monk(19) 30: Monk(20): Great Strength III, (STR=28) 31: Monk(21) 32: Monk(22): DEX+1, (DEX=21) 33: Monk(23): Devastating Critical: Quarterstaff 34: Monk(24) 35: Monk(25): Armor Skin 36: Monk(26): DEX+1, Epic Weapon Focus: Quarterstaff, (DEX=22) 37: Monk(27) 38: Monk(28) 39: Monk(29): Epic Prowess 40: Monk(30): STR+1, Epic Energy Resistance: Fire I, (STR=29) *no feats here are very 'hot' but fire resistance is NEVER a bad thing 41 42 STR+1 LWF: Quarterstaff 43 44 STR+1 45 Great Strength IV 46 STR+1 47 48 STR+1 Great Strength V 49 50 STR+1 51 Great Strength VI 52 STR+1 53 54 STR+1 Great Strength VII 55 56 STR+1 57 Great Strength VIII 58 STR+1 59 60 STR+1 FREE FEAT! lol.. legendary luck, or I dunno... ESF you name it... craft armor craft weapon listen or parry... I would probably go parry since it seems on my other monks pretty easy to max listen.
Monk(50), Blackguard(3), Weapon Master(7), Kolyarut at 60 w/ gear STR: 58 DEX: 34 CON: 26 WIS: 26 INT: 28 CHA: 18
Hitpoints: 900 w/gear Skillpoints: 464 at level 60 Saving Throws (Fortitude/Will/Reflex): 23/21/28 at level 60 w/ gear 60/58/65 to get Will over 60 you can either swap a LL feat for Legendary luck or just wear Dim Maks for +4 more will. (I chose dim mak) once you are double demi you are 64/62/69 anyway AB base 27 + 4 feats + 3 craft + 20 buffs + 15 LLAB + 3 LWF + 24 str = 96 (98 at double demi... teldars belt makes it easier to get +3 craft on both and but even at +2 craft with your BF and listen maxed which is easy in monk gear, you will smack everything) AC base 10 + 12 dex + 2 armor skin + 6 monk bonus + 8 wisdom + 12 tumble + 20 dodge + 17 natural + 17 deflection + 15 bur robes +3 craft = 121 (123 girded, 126 strongheart, 132 demi 134 double demi) Uro staff puts you at 123 (125/128/134/136 prospectively which makes it a pretty damn good staff to me actually... now someone trade me one!)
skills points at level 60 Concentration 18, Craft Armor 63, Craft Weapon 63, Discipline 63, Hide 63, Intimidate 4, Listen 63, Parry 63, Tumble 60
very doable ab/ac/and saves 70% conceal 16-20 crit range and *almost* a complete universal plus the bonus of wearing the crit immune ring against 'certain bosses'. IMHO it is really impossible to make a universal that can hit much of anything that is not double demi or an RDD. So instead make a 80+% universal that can smack the crap out of everything with great conceal... pop on a universal conumacy and you are now 90+% universal
