After at least 6 “do overs” this is what I came up with for my Halfing Death. Originally it was a Dexer with Tiefling. It is now a Str rogue with a Human Kolyarut.
“Kolyarut" (secret Beyond UltraRare subrace) - no race requirement
STR +5, DEX +5, INT +2, CON +4, CHA -2, WIS -2, free feat: Dodge, free feat: Mobility, free feat: Spring Attack, speaks Abyssal, speaks Celestial, speaks Infernal

After visiting the bank I geared him with a UR Helm, Boots, Amulet, Bracers and Belt. He also had on the Arachil Silks and his AC was 124. I tried using both UR and BUR heavier armors but his AC would drop a few points as I lost Dexterity modifiers. When actually geared for a run I can get his AC close to 130 with BUR gear. He will not have the physical immunities of other tanks as he will be wearing lighter armor but his AC will be a good bit higher.
Using a Dispater Katana he has an unbuffed AB of +84 (though I thought in testing in the desert it was +86..oh well) so with GMW and a Bard Song I will be in the low to mid 90’s. While not in the range of a CC Weapon Master it does stack up nicely with other tanks. I should also be able to do some nice damage as I will land a nasty amount of Crit’s with a range of 10-20 / x4.
I had a TON of skill points and distributed them as follows.
4 Intimidate by level 6.
Max Disable Trap, Open Lock, Search, Hide, Listen, Parry, Tumble, UMD, Discipline (on Fighter levels and then after taking LSA: Discipline in LL’s) and Bluff.
I had 11 points left over and put them in Set Trap. No real reason other than a few points help you with Disable Trap and the rest would not have made a difference anywhere else.
I went with Listen in place of Blind Fight because I was tight on feats but also because I had an large amount of skill points to spend. I took Bluff rather than a crafting skill because I have seen both Bluff and Taunt in action and though it would be nice to have the skill.
