Please tell me! Ee. Edit: Changed Greater dexterity to self conceal and legendary luck, changed ESF (Open lock) to ESF (disable trap) Didn't work, because my dexterity is to low to take self conceal in epic lvls.

the one big thing I see is the Leg fosus on Ol Better to get The ESF. The leg fall in the same cap as grear and song for a total + 50. The ESF add 10 to your skill before under the cap.

star is gonna sound lame here... by why have people been reposting builds that have been done ad nasuim? if you have a 'tweak' that is different from what is already posted I would suggest you post your 'tweak' idea in the exisiting builds thread. We will all still chime in on what we think of your idea, and it will help not clutter this board as bad as it has been getting lately...
how many pure rogue, pure ranger, sorc with a pally splash, cleric with pally and monk splash builds do we need? if you have a 'new' idea with a 'new' build progression, great! but lets not re post the same stuff... *star ends rant mode*
and again this is not against you Eethen. It seems to be a trend lately, and I hope we can all 'modify' our posting... but if you all feel I am wrong so be it.

oh, and you really want 16 int (which I am pretty darn sure was covered in another pure rogue build post)

Okay. You don't need the following. LSF Open Lock. You are a dexer for one (it's a dex skill). Two, LSF falls under +50 caps so it won't do any good with all the gear you use for locks and such. ESF Open Lock. This doesn't fall in the +50 cap but you still don't need it. Swap this out for ESF Disable Trap or you will be sorry when you can see it, can unlock it, but you go boom when you try to open it. Also, you raise hide skill yet you miss some of the most important feats for a rogue...Self Conceal I-V! ^_^ These are very very nice and almost essential. Yes Calad's x5demi doesn't take them but if you read his understanding of how they work was skewed and they are actually very very useful. I recommend taking a look at my Gray Elf Rogue build in the base race builds section. It explains everything and is able to open every lock in the game. It's easy as you can just adjust the stats to your liking and go with it. -Stryker Edit: Stryker's Open Race Gray Elf Rogue

I just demi a pure rouge last night and I dont have the 5 SC. Saved myself 5 feets got more dex and that add to more ab. I was geting 58-59 consement from the caster bard and it was all I need it. Also the 16 int well help alot more than the con. Int is need for a few skills

My blablabla:
- The wiki says that for hells you want all saves in the 60th -> Take LL Luck - As allready mentioned: Lower Con for int 14 (16 with planewalker) (and maybe more dex if possible) - I would think of taking weapon prof. exotic and take Kukri instead of short sword. (look into 1kobras cuddly Rogue build in the open subrace forum)

Star: Posting a build on the forums is not only about 'look how good this build is', but its also about learning. It's easier to learn how to make a build if you make your own and make lots of mistakes. People can help you understand your build if you post it on the forum. You'll never understand how to make one if you just use other people's builds..
To the rest:
Thanks, I'll change those things as soon as possible!

Star was suggesting that builds following the same progression and with the same basic premise - i.e. pure melee rogue - should probably be posted in one thread, such as the first thread posted that uses that progression and build premise as to avoid uneccessary clutter in the build forum, as people will still comment on your version of a build even if's posted underneath someone elses build. You'll also likely have the advantage of people commenting on the pros / cons of your version of that build concept vs. the original poster's.
(doesn't bother me either way tbh, think i've done the same thing before myself, but i can see where Star is coming from)

Star has a point and Bort, I think its a good idea to post your own slightly different version in another rogue thread. But if you really want to discuss this, you should go to the Drunken Monk Isn't it a better idea to use a Int. artifact at lvl 55, you get the skill points you lose because of the first lvl/sub race and confusion immune. Torin: The1Kobra's build isn't a pure rogue build, it uses paladin to improve the saves. I can't drop the save feats because my saves will be to low and I don't see any other feats that I want to drop.

Yeah INT arti would be a good choice for at least 3 reasons: 1. It's easy to get (it's located in a non-fugue area and can be completed with pretty much any party - although quicker with some combos than others) 2. Confusion immunity - your will save looks ok, but being completely immune to that mind effect is pretty powerful imo. 3. You can dominate non-mind immune creatures - helpful and fun

And if you want 16 int when at creation, you have to lower your con or dex
