Dogai
"Also called Assassin Devils, Dogai are baatezu living as their name implies.
Assassin devils are outcasts in the legions of Baatezu because they are such efficient assassins. An assassin devil on the move is one in search of a victim, and most devils assume the worst when one of these killers appears. The denizens of Baator have a saying: "The assassin devil you see is the assassin devil sent to kill you." Even the mightiest bullies in Baator give these baatezu a wide berth."

"This humanlike creature has solid gray skin. Its head is almost blank, but it has the faintest suggestion of a nose and two burning, red eyes. Most disturbing is its wicked smile, it curves menacingly and fixed, revealing bone white teeth."

So this is my idea:
Dogai, Any race, changes appearance (red glowing eyes and gray skin, but dont change your size or head you had chose when creating the toon).
Str + 6, int +4, wis +2, cha -2, Hide/Move silent +6, Epic skill focus: Hide, Blind Fight, Armor skin, speaks infernal.
This is basically a str assassin version that can use assassin dagger. It will also be used by max dc str rangers or other classes that may find the feats a good thing to have in their buids, like I do like to have high hide in some tanks for mass camouflage if my toon wont have self conceal.
I dont know if a toon starting with red eyes is a good thing, or if changing a toon's skin color during subrace upgrade is even possible. I also dont know if there's still interest in new Bur subraces, but I wanted to have it posted in case they want to do someday. =P
About the abilities modifiers, everything I found in the internet was only saying about their abilities as assassins, so I didnt know what put besides the +6 str. The +4 int is quite handy for assassins skills and a +2 wis means they also are wise, the penalty in cha is most because of their glowing eyes. The +2 to wis could be changed to dex or con without hurting it too much, as I guess most people using this subrace will be choosing half-orc to get max str, unless the incoming spells changes for assassins will use wisdom like paladin/BG do.
Thats it, enjoy or destroy it .
