Some thoughts:
-A turner with 25 base wisdom for planar turning and a whooping 60 charisma
for saves and good turning
-All necessary turning feats included
-Being a cleric turner and not a paladin or blackguard based, he can use
battletide, prayer, circle of doom to ease the turning of fiends
-Has all cleric buffs and many of them empowered with epic abjuration
-Able to walk on quicksand
-1.) Divine Shield gives 18AC, gives 19-24 divine kickback and provides 18%
Divine damage immunity at lvl40 (and lasts for 36 rounds)
-2.) Divine Shield gives 20AC (25 if there was no cap,
gives 26-31 divine kickback and provides 25%
Divine damage immunity at lvl60 (and lasts for 75 rounds)
-Note that Divine Shield AC falls in with the same cap of
dodge bonus, but makes it possible to get +20AC without
boots at all with this, or you can think that it just ensures
those +13 noble boots you're wearing will be actually
+18-20
-[(46-10)/2]+6 = 24 turns per day at level 40
-[(60-10)/2]+6 = 31 turns per day at level 60
-Creeping Doom, the left hand of this build.
->3% physical vulnerability on all enemies per round, 30% per minute
->6% phys. vuln. on all enemies per round with two clouds, 60% per minute
