A few notes:
I built this druid with the Abyss (not really Hell) in mind. This build is still 100% viable in the Nine Hells, with high DC for your main spells being drown, NB, cast in stone.
This build has 5 epics, with two Legendary Spell Focuses in Transmutation and Evocation. It also has Epic Spell Focus Illusion, Abjuration, and Conjuration.
Ability Points:
Rilmani = +4 Con, +6 Wisdom
Str 8
Dex 14
Con 10 (14)
Wis 18 (24)
Int 14
Cha 8
Skills:
53 AE
Max Lore
Max Concentrataion
48 Heal
Max Parry
43 Discipline
43 Parry
40 Tumble
50 Spellcraft
The skill spread is nice, with max lore and AE for damage output and max heal for things like Healing Circles and Heals for things like the Abyss Pelor fight. Only 25 Spellcraft means only 1 use of Greater Ruin, but I thought it was a small sacrifice for what it gains.
With two metamagics, you have a lot of flexibility which I thought was really important. Druids also get a damage evocation spell for each element, and stacked with ESF Illusion and Creeping Doom you can be a real powerhouse.
I only went with Greater Wisdom 8 because I have 4x demigod, wis artifact, DC ego item, and 14 wis gear, so if you want to drop 2 of your spell focuses (LSF Evo and ESF Conj?) for Great Wis IX and X, but you lose 1 DC in Evo and Conj for 1 AC and +1 Trans DC essentially.
Level Progression:
38 Druid
1 Monk
1 Paladin
Level 1: SF, GSF Illusion
Level 3: Grt Spell Pen
Level 6: Extend Spell
Level 9: SF Trans
Level 12: GSF Trans
Level 15: Empower Spell
Level 18: SF Evocation
Level 21: Grt Wisdom I
Level 24: Grt Wisdom II, III
Level 27: Great Wis IV
Level 28: Great Wis V
Level 30: Great Wis VI
Level 32: Great Wis VII
Level 33: Great Wis VIII
Level 36: GSF/ESF Evocation
Level 39: ESF Conjuration
Level 42: Epic Spell Pen
Level 45: Leg. Spell Pen
Level 48: ESF Trans
Level 51: Greater Ruin
Level 54: ESF Illusion
Level 57: LSF Evocation
Level 60: LSF Trans
Saves:
65 Fort
58 Reflex
80+ Will
