Zenythri Fists of Doom
Innate spell resistance tops out at 75 with this build.
36Monk/2Ftr/2BG
Subs to use: Zenythri (Human) BUR
Whilst it is possible to build something similar with another race obviously the Zenythri takes preference due to the stat boosts and feats it gives you. If you took plain human you would probably lose 4-6 ac and 2-3 ab and a bit of damage potential but it would still be possible.
Uses: Fists (and a flag/torch in the off hand)
Starting Stats:
STR 8--> (12)
DEX 18 --> (22) (All stat increases to Dex)
CON 14
WIS 10 --> (14)
INT 12
CHA 10
Level progression
1-15 Monk
16-17 Ftr (you could of course take a Ftr level at 2 to get Weapon Finesse early and make the beetles easier to hit)
18-19 Blackguard
20-60 Monk
Lvl 1 Zenythri starts you with Weapon Specialization Unarmed Strike, Epic Weapon Specialization Unarmed Strike, Improved Critical Unarmed Strike, Whirlwind Attack, Improved Whirlwind. At character creation take Strong Soul & toughness.

Max - Discipline, Concentration, Tumble (until level 57), Hide 30 ASAP to access self-conceal, then your call on the rest although Listen would probably be a winner it you want to hit more frequently.
Pros
You can’t be disarmed
Pretty close to the max ab and damage you’re going to get whilst unarmed for a Dex based toon
Decent monk sr
Monk mind spell immunity
No use of metal equipment (when you're not using axes) so good against Rust Monsters and other things that destroy metal
Conceal of 50% all the time irrespective of whether you can rest or not and Empty Body if it's looking dodgy
Good ac
Decent hps
Good saves
Cons
No ab boosts from GMW or damage boosts from DF/FW
Bare fists do not exactly compete on the damage output front when you are Dex based
Self Conceal V is an epic feat eater
You'll need to find the right gear set-up to max Str, Dex, Con, Wis and Cha which can be tricky
Weapons of Choice
I’ve rooted around and found all the monk gloves I’ve hoarded and they have some nice benefits from the excellent ab boost on the Ssith gloves of +16 to the OK +12 on the Dusty ones combined with some nice damage types. It’s going to be even more mix and match than a normal weapon wielding toon. I can see me ending up with a quickbar with just gloves (I did!).
I took the Shuriken feats as I had spare and the UR Shurikens have some nice damage types which can be handy if you don't want to run up to something or get stuck behind immovable objects (Juggernauts, Epics Walls, etc.).
12/1/07 Changed Fighter levels to Blackguard levels for improved saves, thanks for the suggestion bkelowna. Dropped Int by two points and replaced with Cha for even better saves. Added feats for Handaxe as I decided I would probably not use the Extra Stunning Attacks Feat and as mentioned in Groo's build they do some nice damage and give you an alternative if you need slashing rather than bludgeoning. OK you lose a few ab but you can GMW, Keen and FW/DF them.
15/1/07 Got him to immortal staus in two days and I must say he's performing pretty well, now I just need to get him his +16 Dex from LL stats and Feats to finish off
18/1/07 Changed name and modded information slightly
18/3/07 Added picture and updated saves as I'd forgotten to add LL stat boosts to reflex. To finish him completely I would guess at another 2 ab (dex artifact and demi-god status), +5 to fort and will saves +6 to reflex (stat boosts with Pal/Black bonus) and +4-5 ac (stat boosts and BUR gear).
