Why not put more into CON. Gnome is the way to go it gives you 2 more con but take out the save feats and maybe the illusion feats. The greatest power a pariah has is it's ability to use it's CON to overpower it's enemys. Great spells a parah can us is it's Bigsbys, Flesh to Stone, plus even MS. If you get a CON arti that's even sweeter. Your going the right direction I would go the Barbarian direction for the added defence and STR CON bonuses but stay to the back of the party if you can. You can do more damage casting spells than picking up a axe and swinging. If you concentrate on one school and work on as much CON to increase your spell penetration and DC's your going to be effective I would think. On skills If you have some left over I would put into Craft Armor up past 40. Saves I would recommend going lengendary Will. Your will save increases as you rage also by two I think.
Haven't tested this but it will gain you 6 more CON.
BASE (Mael) [parah] <lvl40> {LLBARB} (lvl60) [ARTI] <EQUIP> STR: 10 (14) {18} <30> DEX: 8 [6] <18> CON: 20 (26) <41> {45} (58) [60] <72> WIS: 8 <20> INT: 10 <22> CHA: 15 [19] <31>
Pre-Epic Feats 01: Luck of Heroes (or Iron Will or Lightning Reflex) 03: Spell Focus Transmutation 06: Spell Focus Evocation 09: Greater Spell Focus Trans 12: Metamagic Still Spell 15: Metamagic Extend Spell (optional Greater Illusion) 18: Greater Spell Focus Evocation
Epic Feats 21: Epic Spell Focus Transmutation 24: Epic Spell Focus Evocation 27: Great CON 1 (optional Epic Illusion) 30: Great CON 2 33: Great CON 3 36: Great CON 4 39: Great CON 5
Legendary Feats 41: Epic Spell Penetration (READ BY BOOK!) 42: Legendary Luck (or can be Will or Reflex but you'll have to change it at level one also) 45: Legendary Spell Penetration 48: Legendary Spell Focus Transmutation 51: Legendary Spell Focus Evocation 54: Great CON 6 (optional Legendary Illusion) 57: Great CON 7 60: Great CON 8

I'd drop illusion to save 3 fears, add in luck of heros and leg luck. drop epic will and ref, Maybe drop lightening ref/leg ref, and add something like 4-6 more epic con feats

Your base CHA at creation should be 15, since you get the 4 bonus from pariah and all you care about is opening up lvl 9 spells. There's no need to take it to 20. On your build, I'd spend those points on INT and take Taunt (a Barb class skill) to take advantage of high CHA and Maelephant free ESF.

I would suggest not dropping the illusion focii....your wierd is quite potent and your sp is phenomenal...if for no other reasn than to nuke narz w/o trouble I would however skip the extend feat...it's really of little use...you have a 50 kajillion spell slots and you do'nt need the extra slots at the higher lev since you already have still, not to mention even unextended your buffs at 60 will usually last a good chunk of time, and the critical buff....stone bones has an exceptional duration as it is. And I do not know firsthand but it seems that the terrifying rage is an underperformer so I would suggest dropping it and taking taunt instead of intimidate...to help the tanks out.
As for the save thing...I would go either strong soul/legendary hardy soul, or since you don't need the fort help at all...iron will and leg will. and perhaps epic reflexes though really subpar reflexes on arcane casters is completely viable. in any case that gives you a couple more con on your original build and I would agree on the charisma thing....15 starting cha is sufficient and either go more wis or str...12 is enough to get what you want

Yea, there's been many useful tips to upgrade your build. Since I've been leveling my pariah lately I would drop all reflex feats, cause your reflex will suck anyway, you shouldn't boost it at all. Also terryfying rage is very useless, at least I found it so. So I would drop that and max some other skill or drop int by 2 and add it to str or to whatever you feel is important. I wouldn't take illusio focus either. You can cope very well with just evo / trans focuses. And you really want to max your CON so I think you'll want to try to get maxed great con. CON is your spell penetration anyway. I would only take battle hardened or will save feats, taking will save feats would prolly be the best option 'cause your CON increases your fort anyway. So will at lvl 1 and then legendary will at LLs.. no other save feats. It is possible to get Barbarian as control class by going the 20 / 20 route also, isn't it?

I like Onyx's variation better than mine actually. More con, better spell pen, better hp, just need to find out what all spells to take now and its gonna be made Chaos

Okay. Elf is the worst choice for this build because of the race base -2 CON, but Undying is the only subrace from my collection that I would even consider using for this toon. Well, anyway. here it is..
"Undying" (secret Beyond UltraRare) - Elf - Never Gets XP Penalty - STR +2, DEX +2, CON +4, INT +2, WIS +2, CHA +2, free feat: Dodge, free feat: Luck of Heroes, free feat: Great Fortitude, free feat: Iron Will, free feat: Lightning Reflexes - Undying receive +3 skill points per legendary level.
<lvl40> {LLBARB} (lvl60) <EQUIP> STR: 12 (14) <30> DEX: 10 [6] <18> CON: 16 (20) <35> (52) <64> (without CON arty) WIS: 10 (12) <20> INT: 10 (12) <24> CHA: 14 (16) [20] <32>
Max Constitution. Max Concentration, Discipline, and Intimidate!
Pre-Epic Feats 01: Toughness 03: Spell Focus Transmutation 06: Spell Focus Evocation 09: Greater Spell Focus Trans 12: Metamagic Still Spell 15: Metamagic Extend Spell 18: Greater Spell Focus Evocation
Epic Feats 21: Epic Spell Focus Transmutation 24: Epic Spell Focus Evocation 27: Great CON 1 30: Great CON 2 33: Great CON 3 36: Great CON 4 39: Great CON 5
Legendary Feats 41: Epic Spell Penetration (READ BY BOOK!) 42: Legendary Luck (or can be Will or Reflex but you'll have to change it at level one also) 45: Legendary Spell Penetration 48: Legendary Spell Focus Transmutation 51: Legendary Spell Focus Evocation 54: Great CON 6 57: Great CON 7 60: Great CON 8
Ps.yeah I know. the -6 CON from original build hurst a lot but is this version so bad that I should just trash it??
