Hello everyone!
I recently acquired Half-fiend and I decided it was a great time to make a rogue. I have been on several hell (even desert runs) where chests were not able to be opened, and secrets were not able to be found. That being said, I would love some advice from some people who play rogues here. Which of the rogue skills will I actually need to take skill boosting feats with? Which weapon is best? (I am considering dagger, mace, and kukri.) My rogue will be pure.
So you know incase you are wondering, my start stats were (after subrace edits and I chose human as my base race for an extra feat)
STR 8 DEX 24 CON 18 INT 18 WIS 8 CHA 6
I am more concerned with being able to be a proper rogue and find/open anything than I am with my saves, or even AC, but natrually, I want to live as well.

FYI, with maxed base skills and hitting the +50 skill bonus cap from items, you need 22 base Dex/Int to hit the maximum checks without feats. With Skill Focus, you can drop that 22 to 16, but having a high Int gives other bonuses apart from just skillpoints if you look over Rogue changes.

Well, I have my build set and am very very happy with it. My thanks to those who pointed out a few builds to look at.
However, my next questions are geared towards, um, well gear.
My gear set up is as follows, I know some of it probably isn't ideal, but I have to use what I have. Note that I am pure dex so it's robes and small shields for me. (DEX 72)
Armor: Dim Mak Master Robes Shield: Dire Buckler Helm: Concordant Coronet Gloves: Audacious Provocation Belt: Legendary Belt of Resistance Amulet: Asmo Ammy Boots: Legendary Boots of Absorbtion Cloak(s): Varies Ring(s): Varies
I am completely open to suggestions as to what I should ideally be wearing. I didn't include spots for rings because I swap them out depending on where I am.

Some numbers to think about.
Open lock 63 - max skill at 60 50 - item, song, spell bonus 06 - +12 to dex from items 08 - either 26 Base dex, 20 base dex and skill focus open lock, or epic skill focus open lock if less than 20 base 127 - total
Disable Trap 63 - max skill at 60 50 - item, song, spell bonus 06 - +12 to intellegence from items 02 - synergy bonus from having 5 points in set trap 06 - either 22 base intellegence, skill focus disable and 16 base intellegence, or esf disable 127 - total
Search 63 - max at 60 50 - item, song, spell bonus 06 - +12 intellegence from items 08 - either 26 base int, skill focus search and 20 base int, or epic skill focus search 127 - total - some subraces have innate racial search bonus feats, elves get +2, half-elf get +1, and dwarves get +2 in subterrainian areas ( although I have no idea what areas are considered this ).
A human with 26 base dex and 26 base int has no feat needs A human with 26 base dex and 22 base int just needs skill focus search An elf with 26 base dex and 22 base int has no feat needs.
I also would suggest a race with keen sense, since can search areas faster becasue do not have to switch into the slow moving search mode to get search checks.

My rogue skills are set, I swap to a different gear set-up when seacrhing/unlocking ect. The gear set-up im wondering about is for when Im in combat. It's pretty decent as is, but I'd like an idea of best possible gear combos
