Elves (can speak Elven)
- All elves can raise any cross-class skill to 31 (the normal level 60 limit) starting at level 41 for the normal 2 points per rank.
- For skills which are cross-class for their control class but which are class skills for one of their other classes, elves may raise them to the normal class skill limit for 3 points per rank above 31 in legendary levels. These skill ranks may not be taken on the same level as ordinary 2-point cross-class skill ranks; a skill must first be increased to 31 before it can be raised past 31 on a later level.
"Genie" (secret Beyond UltraRare; changes Appearance)

You could also take the Ranger skills Set Trap (trapping might give you something else to do, if so take 5 points in Craft Trap for the synergy bonus) and Spot (useful for blocking Pick Pocket attempts on you), Parry is not really useful as you will have full critical hit immunity from your Pale Master class
Build Benefits
Innate Survival Levitation (Genie) and Waterbreathing (Pale Master) giving extra item flexibility
Full Search and Discipline using Elf Able Learner, whilst you will easily make the 127 maximum for search you will need Greater Restore when in areas with skill reduction penalties
You can wear the AOE Finger of Death Plate of Anubis and use a shield without having to find a Shield Pandect and usable item with heavy Armor Proficiency added.
Most Abjuration spells are either self-buffs or breaching dispelling types so do not suffer as badly from PM limitations
Maximum DC on all offensive Necromancy and Illusion spells
Two uses of three HG Epic spells Death of Magic, Mass Spell Destruction & Starfire
Three Paragon Spells Bigby’s Astral Grasp, Drawmij's Preclusion & Otto's Merciless Nightmare
The combination of these Epic and Paragon spells can make some endgame boss fights significantly easier by blocking casting, summoning, dropping conceal and spell resistance plus even after you’ve done that you have a couple of Starfires to KD and damage, Bigby’s Astral Grasp to remove any non-death immune creatures and finally Otto's Merciless Nightmare to temporarily remove everything and reorganise/set up AOE, traps, etc before they come back.
Ego Item – Can use any of +1 spell penetration, +1 caster level or +1 DC depending on where you are planning to go, if you’re a Richboi just keep all on you and swap as required.
Other Build Options
I took the Ranger level for access to heavy armor (I love the Plate of Anubis), shield proficiency and Discipline/Search skills if you really aren't bothered about any of these see below.
Take Wizard instead of Ranger and use the auto-silent spells feats, this gives complete immunity to being silenced and two pre-epic feats plus maximises spell penetration by taking no non-caster levels
In this case you’ll likely have to wear robes and won’t have shield proficiency without access to the Minauros pandect, whilst you can wear a shield proficiency item relogging or crashing will cause it to get unequipped which can be annoying especially if it has spell slots.
Whilst you will be able to search you will be more dependent on gear and buffs to max this.
As you are not using the Able Learner with no cross-class skills to take you might as well go Gnome Genie as this then gives you another extra pre-epic feat (Gnomes get Illusion for free) more Constitution and extra skill points (not like you’re short of these anyway!) with the added benefit that the even if you change appearance to your original Gnome form, rather than being a giant smurf, the Lich transformation will revert you to medium size again.
