One thing (difficult to know for certain without the final stats/saves/ABs) but do you need the save feats with BG in the build? I know my Pally RDDs don't need any feats to get saves high enough.

Also, and this is a personal choice, with maxxed listen I'd not bother with Blind Fight.

With the 3 saved feats you may want to put in GWF and the lower of the 2 new critical feats along with ESF listen

As you have skill points spare (even more if you don't max concentration), I'd put some into UMD on your Bard levels for scrolls. Not sure about the rest.

Your saves will certainly hit the 60 mark.
Oh and you are missing a legendary feat (you are taking 6, but get 7).
I would drop toughness and get Power Critical. You can then take Superior Critical in legendary levels.
Also, I think your AB will be a tad lowish, reaching 93 with 80 craft weapon.

Skill Focus Listen would probably be more useful.
