"Half-Kyton" (secret Beyond UltraRare) - FC: Base Race, Monk - DEX +4, WIS +4, CON +4, free feat: Improved Spell Resistance 1, free feat: Improved Spell Resistance 2, free feat: Dodge, free feat: Mobility, +8 hide, +8 move silent, +10 tumble, speaks Infernal
Wow: Looks like this is THE subrace for Shadowdancers....
Some comments on the build - Weapon finesse should be taken at level 3 (switch with Great Fortitude) - Take Hardened soul instead Luck of Heroes at Level 1 and LL Hardened Soul instead LL Luck -> Saves would be better - I'm missing the Tougness feat

Considering that you will probably have your bow equipped most of the time, I would not spend any feats on melee weapons. In fact, taking finesse is entirely pointless since you do not have shield proficiency here, though you could rectify that by taking bard instead of wizard at level one, but I think you want to keep the ability to use all arcane scrolls. I don't see blind fight here either, and I do not recommend going without it. You're also missing toughness and rapid shot, feats which I would not make an archer without. You're spending 3 feats on melee combat which you really should never use, and is entirely pointless if you don't have shield proficiency to raise your AC anyway. You can correct this by taking rapid shot at 15, (instead of finesse), blind fight at 21, a and toughness at 24. And as has been stated, L-soul instead of L-Luck will give you 2 fort and will for 4 reflex, which is certainly a welcome swap for a dexer.

Shadowdancers can't be blinded, hence blind fight is missing from my SD build. That's my guess as to why it's not here also.
Why don't I see discipline in the skills list? Find some way to fit that in. At work right so will edit this later with my thoughts ^_^

Unless I am mistaken: SD get shield prof.
I agree on the Hardened Soul vs Luck of Heros, also the progression for Finesse is a good idea.
You could sacrafice Imp. Crit for Toughness.
Listen skill dump will negate the need for blindfight.
Cheers, ~Mortis

shadowdancers do not get shield proficiency free - you may be thinking of arcane archers, who do

made this build with bard, it is very fun as I tank often and bow only when needed...

Wow, thanks everyone for your insights! I love being in the middle of a spawn and that is the only real reason I went with a melee/archer. I couldn't find a way to fit discipline in but I planned on spending most big boss fights throwing arrows. This character will be 60% concealed at the very least with spamable ethereal ability. I would like to find a way to fit discipline in without cross classing but just can't find a way as of yet. I can't say that I understand the reason toughness would be worth a feat. To my understanding it will give me an additional 60hp at lvl 60 which isn't much at all. The splash of AA gives shield proficiency : ) From the journal SD can't be blinded and with solid dump in listen skill I was assuming that any concealment would be virtually negated. I'll look into the advice on Luck vs.H. Soul. I'm not sure I'm following the logic here. The only difference I saw was that H. Soul gave you a better save vs. a particular roll such as mind affecting or something along that line. I would love to throw Tymora on this build once I get the burrs knocked off the edges. Thanks again to all of you for your ideas and advice! I appreciate it XD

Okay:
Luck of Heroes gives +1 to all saves and unlocks Legendary Heroes which grants +3 to all saves.
What we suggest: Strong Soul gives one to 1 will and fort and unlocks Legendary Hardened Soul which gives +5 to fort and will. Your reflex is so high that you can afford the -3 to reflex and the gain of 2 fort/will

I would like that very much Starlandra! I see that Stryker even posted a SD build which I've been oogling. I have a reincarnation waiting to throw this build on if I can get a few things ironed out. I like the idea of taking Bullheaded at creation and I plan on putting Tymora on this toon as well so my saves will improve a bit (3). I think that a few save points vs. discipline is probably the wisest way to go. Thanks Stryker for filling me in on Luck o Hero's vs. S. Soul! I guess I missed something along the way (fairly normal lol). I guess the thing I liked the most about this idea is that it would be quite sturdy and have a decent AB with a melee or ranged weapon. I'm going to toy with this a bit more in the chambers and give Kobra's advice a shot as well. If I can find a place for rapid shot I will fit it in. Thanks again to you all

that ac, stacking with shadowmasters crazy concealmeant is pretty damn nice.
Shadowmaster seems a natural fit for AA since an AA's main hang up is the lack of defence. Add in the fact that being a striaght aa gets boring sometimes, so you can just into the fray whenever you want is pretty nice.

Nice-looking build, Star. Just a quick note: wouldn't you be better off with ESF: Listen than LSF: Listen? My understanding is that ESFs apply outside the +50 cap, while LSFs apply inside the cap. Or does LSF provide more of a bonus, which might help if you don't have much listen gear (I'm not overly familiar with those 2 feats)? --Arek

I have found most listen gear sucks. with LSF listen my stats are high enough that with a bard song I should reach my 127 max and you can go over 127 so epic is not needed.
but either way it is a minor point... use whichever you like more lol
