Documentation errors (or possible errors) in the Spell Changes Document
Bard (6): Mass Clairaudience/Clairvoyance
"Grants +7 Listen/Spot, increasing to +10, +14, +19, or +25 with SF/GSF/ESF/LSF Divination."
According to Werehound's post it should benefit from PSF too.
Bard (6), Cleric (7), Druid (8): Mass Cure Serious Wounds
"Clerics receive +2 to DC on this save for each of GSF/ESF/LSF Conjuration."
According to Werehound's post it should benefit from PSF too.
(this applies also to Mass Cure Moderate Wounds and Mass Cure Light Wounds)
Bard (5), Arcane (5): Mind Fog
"Receives +1, +2, or +3 DC for GSF/ESF/LSF Enchantment."

Bard (4): Warcry
"When cast by a Dwarven Warchanter this also grants +10 to all stat checks vs Knockdown."
It has been changed to +8 for Warchanters (see this post)
Bard (3): Fear (possible error, no documentation found)
"Area of effect increases with GSF, ESF, and LSF Necromancy."
Bard (3), Arcane (3), Cleric (4), Paladin (3), Blackguard (3): Greater Magic Weapon
"The bonus increases by +1 per Enchantment focus, reaching +14 at CL30 with LSF Enchantment."
Up to +15 with PSF enchantment, and +16 with PSF and specialization.
Arcane (9), Cleric (9): Gate
"... resulting in LSF Divination granting (CL * 25) HP of protection."
According to Werehound's post it benefits from PSF divination.
Arcane (9): Power Word Kill
"Treated as a Necromancy spell when cast by a Pale Master."
This is a source of huge confusion, since divination focuses are still required to PWK certain abyss mobs. Maybe it should be changed to clarify this a bit.
Arcane (7): Static Field
When cast as a Herald this spells does 1/2 electrical, 1/2 magical damage.
Arcane (5): Freezing Fog
When cast as a Herald this spells does 1/2 cold, 1/2 magical damage.
Arcane (2): Web
Missing documentation, it ignores SR and gets a +5 DC bonus.

It reaches up to +20.

"clvl" should be changed to "CL"
Druid (4), Defoliate
Should maybe mention that it lowers the save by 2 or 4 each time a plane makes the save, just like crumble.
Druid (2), Ranger (2), Barkskin
"... reaching +17 at CL60 with LSF Transmutation."
It reaches +18 with PSF Trans.
Druid (4), Pesticide
Should maybe mention that it lowers the save by 2 or 4 each time a vermin makes the save, just like crumble.

According to the description of the Druid spell it scales to PSF.
