Were, you mentioned older cards wouldn't see any improvement with this update, would you happen to know if a 250GTS would likely see any improvement ?

the 250 GTS isn't a Fermi board, so I'd assume not.
A shame, really, since while I'd love to upgrade my old 7600 GS, I can't afford anything in the GT400 series or higher atm.

Here's a very nice card for a very good value. I love Galaxy, honestly; their warranties are the shiz. Link

That might change things a bit, if I can scrape toghether some extra funds. Haven't looked at Tiger in ages, since I found that Newegg tends to have better prices, or at least used to.

I have a question that I think hasn't been addressed on this thread. The NWN wiki site says the following about Max Memory Usage: The default value (if this setting is not specified or is larger than the available memory) is the larger of 16 and one-eighth of physical memory. (link: nwn.wikia.com/wiki/Nwnplayer.ini)The thing that sticks out for me is the "one-eighth of physical memory". So, is this computer RAM or video card memory? I don't want to set this value if the default would actually be higher. - Niilo

i´ve set that to 64 on my installations, cause that values are from a time when ram was expensive. now with 1gb ram on my video card per chip i dont have to care about that
