today ( around 2pm utc ) I reincarnated the toon Raj'ely, who was using the nessus secret loot 'the fine print', into Raj'sha ( account TheRajah )
when claiming back my bounded items ( some minutes before writing this post ), I took some of the ones I was expecting to get ( mass rez/epic spell ) but not that one.
it was bounded to the character so I coudn't put it into bank before reincarnation, and the option to get back the unbounded gear isn't helping too.
