Reinc error - same subby needs new book?

Ok I decided to reincarnate my Thri-Kreen shifter lvl55 "Bigby's Pimp Hand [Nightwolf]". Made a new Thri-Kreen by the name "Bigby's Pimp Hand Mk II [Nightwolf]" and went to claim my reincarnation slot and here's what I get:

Have I brainfarted and missed something or is this a bug?
- Same class combination & Control Class
- Same subby

My guess is its a name conflict. IIRC the Database only picks up on like the first 12 characters of a players name. If those are the same I think it screws things up.

Again this is not a Dev post, just a musing.
