I know in the past that there have been discussions for updated playerlist for splits. Someone could type !pass, then everyone could type !partylist and get an updated list of the people who are still left in the split. If everyone passes, then the loot would auto-sell when everyone had typed !pass, or had left the party.
However that could be an issue if you can't track out of party or something. In which case, you could put the flush/sell control as a simtool for the current party leader.
I think a double command could work. !masssell then be forced to !confirmmasssell (thats alot of mm and ss). And have only the party leader able to execute those commands. Or party leader initiates and one other person has to confirm it.
Or have it mass sell via two pedestals which have to be clicked simultaneously like the thid pedestals.
I would like to revisit the idea of being able to mass sell via the split merchants, buying the fifty odd items to mass sell them can be a serious pain. Could we have a command with a confirmation command similar to the delete function? An example would be !partyroll masssell, then being prompted to repeat the command and target an item in the split merchants inventory. All party members would recieve a message saying that person X has mass sold all remaining items.
All alternative, albeit possibly more complicated way to do it would be that everyone in the party list must have passed before you can use the partyroll masssell function.
Now that the partyroll pass/unpass has been implemented it makes this even easier to build. We could just have all the people that are still picking (had not "pass" yet), type !partyroll masssell. Once everyone still picking typed the masssell command, all the items would be sold.
So essentially, a pass would count as a masssell except for the last person, who would need to actively sell it.
