Which items in your gear setup give you umd? I remember it being difficult to find umd items. Asmo belt with +30 and Abyssal helm with another +6, the rest is covered by song, prayer and such stuff. Yes, yes, I know Asmo belt is not exactly the most sought after piece of Nessus loot and many players sneeze at it, but I really like it and it somewhat nicely fits in my gear setup. simpetar

Ah, I don't like the belt on a build like this, if you have preservation belts they fit much better. Although getting asmo cloak and preservation belts isnt easy. Cant say I like the abyssal helm much either.
Part of the reason I went for sorc instead of umd is because of experience in wipe situations in deep hells where you don't have song or prayer to balance out the penalties to umd. Although these days thats less an issue thanks to gs potions.

Am using this build as a template for a more attack focussed version of my other RDD (Holyblazer based build with no Dev crit or listen) - using Half-Guardinal : good stats + evasion. Am not taking the 2 legendary save feats as all are above 60 at lvl 51 and there are also 2 Epic Prowesses in the build above. So I have 3 legendary feats free. I will end up with 96AB so dont think strength is an issue so was thing of LSF Listen (Maxed as a skill) and 2 x Grt DEX taking my dex to 30 buffed. Bane of my current RDD with his DEX of 24 is Erinyes dom. Anyone got any other suggestions than the above. Not got any great listen gear hence LSF rather than ESF. Okay, so I dug up a post that was 18 months old to ask a question and all the responses were about the original build. I'm sure SoC has built and shelved the char so.......could anyone answer my questions please?

Don't pick LSF Listen. 2 dex more wont hurt.

Thanks, was leaning towards the dex part.
So, instead of the LSF listen, what would you suggest I use my last slot for?

Fair enough, was thinking LSF as I don't have too much listen gear........maybe that will come or maybe I will look through my chests. So listen, but which 'flavour'...... thanks for the help

I would think a little about LSF listen and ESF Listen. If you have a gearset that works for you which does not contain more than +25 listen then you might just want to go with LSF. ESF is outside the gear cap but only +10. If you are not going to max your listen through gear (and spells) then LSF will work better.
In this new sparkly post randomised world of course adding skills to gear will gradually get easier ... so ESF is probably the way to go. Just as long as you think it through first.
