This build is obsolete as a result of recent server changes.
It now only gets 6 attacks per round and Assassins can only mortal strike once per round maximum. (as of 02/07/2009)

Here's my take on the double weapon STR assassin, inspired by Old Man Steele, but done slightly differently.
This version features:
57 DC mortal strike pre demi, pre arti (58 max with double demi - str arti doesn't raise this any further)
11-20 threat range thanks to OvwCrit
8 attacks per round with a double scim (before toyshop boots)
50% irreducable cold immunity from Dragon Disciple (WDD works best with my gear setup)
+4 STR from Dragon Disciple (+2 DC, putting it 1 DC higher than a pre-artifact Minja)
94 ab (fully buffed with gmw/song)
58 55 59 saves (61 58 62 saves after saves arti)
67% conceal
loooow AC
only Medium Armor proficiency (makes imms a little trickier, but still very playable imo)

Neutral Evil
Progression
1 bard / 8 rdd / 1 bard (skill dump) / 30 assassin
Race:
Human (you need both the extra skill and feat, despite how attractive half-orc or dwarf look)
Subrace:
"Salamander" (secret Beyond UltraRare; changes Appearance)
- STR +6, DEX +2, INT +2, free feat: Dodge, free feat: Mobility, free feat: Armor Skin, +8 lore, 25% immune fire, speaks Ignan

Max Hide, Listen on Assassin levels and Discipline after LSA Discipline
