i started taking dex earlier as a stat, then picked up a couple Gtr Str feats and I used the Dex arti.
Zeny is definitely an option. The 20% gain in XP will be very important as you try to hit lvl 80, I hadn't really thought about that. Essentially Zeny gets you 6 wis/3ac, lose 2 stat points (2 feats), 2 con and 2 int. It's hard to justify, but if it gets you to 80 that much faster...
Not to mention that dodge can be a little helpful. =P

Well, since my str/dex/wis come out exactly the same as with Rain's build, I don't think I'm too worried about the Int/Con both being 2 lower. So that doesn't bug me really.
But I'm a tad worried about AB. If you're at 103 with 66 Dex, and I'll be at 58 pre-demi, that is a loss of 4 AC. 99 still isn't terrible, but lowers to 97 with Rapid Shot. Still not bad I suppose. I just want to be able to get as many successful hits as I possibly can. Max Listen helps a lot though. So that's probably still reasonable.
I think Storm's has 2-3 more AB, and like I said, +6 damage from Epic Weapon Specialization. Definitely way more offensive. But it sits around 118 AC, compared to this build.

The Fighter one typically gives more AB too, and more dmg, via Epic Weapon Specialization. So it's definitely more all-out offense than the Wiz/Monk version. Sadly, the fighter based pure AA (30 levels of AA) cannot take Epic Weapon Specialization for that extra +4 damage per hit. That feat must to be taken on a epic fighter or champion of torm level which would require a sacrifice of an AA level.

is the fighter version really that much more of a damage dealer?

It's like 1-2% more damage on average. Not much difference.

Ah, I'd forgotten that you can't take it when pure. However, you could go 29 AA, and if you found an item with the AA ego aug on it, that would give you the 30 you need for auto-Keen.

I believe the AA ego augment provides an additional bow level, not an additional class level for the purposes of qualifying for keen.

Last I had heard from Acaos, it was supposed to count towards qualifying for Keen. That was from this thread, as well as one I thought was in the Drunken Monk, but can't find now. It sure does make the non-pure route look better, if you can find an item that fits in to your gear, but that would be the tough part.
