I *think* you can get a decent build out of Half-Fiend. You lose dodge, which I don't think is a prereq for anything. You lose +3 all saves from Undying feats, and 4 wis, which drops Will save down to 56. This can be countered by swapping Armor Skin for Epic Will (or wearing Dim Maks), or 2 Greater Dexes for Iron Will/Legendary Will (move a SC from LL to epic).
Even if you drop great dex feats, though, you should be able to get a higher dex, which helps compensate.
Of course, you DO get an XP penalty, but it's only 20%.

I've a build that I'm working on that I frankly stole from here, but it's a more defensive slant with Rog 31 / Monk 5 / Paladin 4, using a single weapon and a flag. It has better saves and AC and runs a bit quicker at the cost of 2d6 sneak attack damage, fewer attacks, and the possibility of an increased crit multiplier. It's also quite good while leveling due to taking 4 monk levels pre-epic.
Either version of this build could also be done with Furchin, though not as well. Furchin loses 4 STR and 2 CHA, but gains WIS and CON. The WIS will help the low Will save and bump the AC even higher. A couple of feats are lost due to needing Bullheaded and LSA: Disc and dual wielding monk weapons as a small character costs 2 AB.

hmm, does only 4 lvls of paladin give you 4th attack before lvl 20?

Yes, if you take 16 rogue/4 paladin you will get four attacks.

Cool, thanks This builds looks really awesome in every way, but... wont the damage be really low as this cant sneak attack every critter out there unlike pure rogue could?

Pure rogues cannot sneak attack everything. They only bypass some sneak immunity, not all. Additionally less mobs are sneak immune than one might expect, so it's generally only an issue in deep hells/abyss.
This build was from when divine might was irresistable, and that irresistable damage far outweighed the physical damage from sneak attacks. Since divine might is now physical damage and resistable, this build is outdated.

well this build has been updated to "ultimate" defensive build less than month ago so it shouldnt be outdated.

The player that made this build hasn't been on in over a month. The edit is by Funky because Mish made all of his posts say the reasons for why he was quitting instead of anything else.

You can refer to several logs posted on the previous pages as evidence to how well this build can still perform even without sneak attack bypassing.

Logs Look really nice, thanks for pointing em out. Looked the build again and was wondering how many skills this build can max and what are those skills. I can see Discipline, Hide, Listen, Parry, Tumble, Open Lock, Disable Trap, Search, Use Magic Device, Craft Armor, Craft weapon and Pickpocket. But can they all be maxed? and is pickpocket worth it if you are reincarnating lvl 60 rogue? was wondering if it could/should be changed to Bluff (?)

Reincarnated my pure rogue to this build and noticed that while dualing dis weps my ab was 76, so add the remaining +9 from song and iof and it tops on 85.. what Im missing here, how to get it 10 points higher?

What does !list ab say your ab is? It likely is not accounting for the rogue attack bonus for light weapons, at the moment.

even if its not that would only add 4 more points. 6 remaining.. hmmmm, epic prowess, epic weapon focus and legendary weapon focus could mess up the sheet some too, and maybe greater weapon focus too(??)
