What would you change (using Dragonblooded) to get exotic weapon proficiency and still get the same saves? I am not able to get a hold of stinger so I can't use human. Thanks,

If you wanted to use Dragonblooded its possible to drop Luck Of Heros, because the extra Cha from dragonblooded would only make you lose maybe 2-3 save points, and in any case saves of 65 are sufficient for hells..
Sorry it took so long to get back to this Midnite

What would be the downsides to going Dwarf based Fallen Angel? I was thinking:
Dwarf: Fallen Angel STR: 18 DEX: 8 CON: 16 WIS: 8 INT: 10 CHA: 12
1 bard/4 pally/10 rdd/4 pally/1 bard/20 rdd
Feats (in order) pre epic luck of heroes weapon focus toughness lightning reflexes improved critical iron will blind fight epic armor skin epic toughness 1 - 9 epic reflexes epic toughness 10 legendary epic weapon focus legendary reflexes legendary luck of heroes legendary will epic damage reduction 1 - 3
Stats at 40 Fort: 32 Ref: 27 Will: 29
Seems pretty viable to me...what do you guys think?

A RDD doesnt need wisdom for anything, so the only bonus you gaining from FA would be +2 CHA, and dragonblooded has much better bonuses for a RDD type built. The no bonus to str will really effect you in the long run.

I'd like to see some huge RDD using two Dwarven Waraxes. Extra attacks plus the Waraxe's new Shield AC. Not as good as Double Axe for crits, but you'll get hit less.

Is the requirement for that bonus a single level of DD, or do you have to have DD as Control Class?

One level is enough. Did some testing on a control class ranger build a while back and one level was enough.

I'd like to see some huge RDD using two Dwarven Waraxes. To get those extra attacks (and stand a chance of hitting with them) you'd need a Dex of 15+ to get Ambidexterity and Improved Two-Weapon Fighting, and you'd have to find 3 feats to drop for them to replace (counting Two-Weapon Fighting). Then you'd need to drop another feat to get Dodge, which is required for DD, and Toughness couldn't be one of the 4 feats you swapped out because DD also requires that one. Unless you got your Con up to around 46 you'd be falling short of the 18ish shield AC you'd be getting from using a real shield. Oh, and Exotic Weapon Proficiency couldn't be one of the four swapped feats either, obviously. If you keep Weapon Focus & Improved Critical (because you want all those attacks to be good attacks) then there are only four feats left: Luck of Heroes, Lightning Reflexes, Blind Fight and Iron Will. Swapping them out will deny you the option to take the three Legendary saves feats. That's 14 less reflex and will saves, 7 less fortitude save. Oh, and you won't have Divine Grace because Paladin has been dropped to make room for DD. That just strikes me as a lot to give up for two off-hand attacks.

Working in the LSA Parry into this build. Thoughts? Parry is already a class skill for RDDs. nwn.wikia.com/wiki/RDD...or did you mean LSF parry?

...or did you mean LSF parry? Yes, Yes I did. just wondering what I should drop. I did (was) going the epic reduction -9 but with the crits, I think I'll stay at -6 and pick up the extra 10% reduction in the crits. I think I'll soak more damager overall.
