I have decided to post three of my builds which are my current sorcerer builds. The three of them are valuable options, from Desert to Mid-Deep Hells AT LEAST.
You just need to pick the one which is most adapted for you. If this is your first time on HG and you don't have good subraces yet, I suggest you consult Maxekist's Guide to a First Sorcerer on HG
Maxekist's Guide for a Pure Sorcerer in Hells (40 sorc)
Base race: Human
Subrace: Radiance Genasi
Bonus feats: Silent Spell, Empower Spell, Maximize Spell
Added 25% Immunity to fire
Abilities:

These sure are low. That's what you get for better spell penetration.
Pre-epic feats:
This is the order I suggest based on my experience. There wouldn't be any problem messing with those as the final result would be the same.
1. Iron will & Spell Focus Evocation
3. Greater Spell Focus Evocation
6. Spell Focus Necromancy
9. Spell Penetration
12. Greater Spell Focus Necromancy
15. Greater Spell Penetration
18. Spell Focus Transmutation
Epic feats:
Still wouldn't be such a mistake to switch them around
21. Epic Spell Focus Evocation
23. Epic Spell Focus Necromancy
24. Epic Spell Penetration
26. Greater Spell Focus Transmutation
27. Epic Spell Focus Transmutation
29. Great charisma I
30. Great charisma II
32. Great charisma III
33. Great charisma IV
35. Great charisma V
36. Great charisma VI
38. Great charisma VII
39. Great charisma VIII
LL Feats :
I wouldn't suggest switching those around as you would probably have some problems with casting in legendary areas
At level 41: Read illusion book (or switch whatever focus.I just don't like taking transmutation as a book cause it's one of the hardest to get)

That is definitely the most dificult part to do when building a sorcerer. Keep in mind this is the final configuration for Hells. For spell choices during legendary levels, I suggest you consult my Maxekist's Guide for a Multi-purpose Sorcerer as it is more adapted to legendary areas.
(in picking order as you level for easier leveling)
Level 1: Ice Dagger | Grease | Endure Elements | (One attack spell of your choice) | Expeditious Retreat
Level 2: Melf's Acid Arrow | Combust | Ghostly visage | Flame weapon | (One attack spell of your choice)
Level 3: Mestil's Acid Breathe | Displacement | Gust of Wind | Clairaudience/Clairvoyance
Level 4: Ice Storm | Elemental Shield | Wall of Fire | Remove Curse
Level 5: Firebrand | Ball Lightening | Energy buffer | (Acid Sheath / Lesser Spell Mantle / Mind Fog)
Level 6: Bigby’s Forceful Hand | Disintegrate | Ethereal Visage
Level 7: Finger of Death | Spell Mantle | Bigby's Grasping Hand
Level 8: Bigby's Clenched Fist | Greater Sanctuary | Premonition
Level 9: Weird | Mordenkainen's Disjunction | Bigby's Crushing Hand

Starfire
Missile Barrage
Transmute Barrier
A valuable alternative to me would be to take off a complete focus (that would have to be necro in my opinion) and get 2 more saves feats and Shield Proficiency or 3 saves feats.
