Very nice items.... however, I calculate only 149 AC with Demi and Artifacts. I could be wrong though. Thank you to yourself and Mish for showing some gear set ups. Appreciate it. Aribeth

Very nice build. Seen it for myself how powerful and survivable it is and I'm planning on making something similar with Brownie. I'm glad you ditched the self-concealment 5 route, never been a fan of it myself.

I myself was wondering why you didn't go the SCV route...I have it on my rogue and would like to believe that it's useful.

70% permanent conceal is nothing to be sneezed at IMO.

My rogue in hells (with syn's logwatcher) effectively reads about 56% conceal in levels like Phleg.

I have never been a big fan of the SC route on rogues. Funky has explained how SC works to me more times then I care to remember. A natural 20 hits me no matter if I have 10% conc, 70% conc 15ac or 150 ac. With my ac that high a monster will need a 20 to hit me anyway. It just seemed redundant to have SC when I will get auto hit on a 20. Calad edited for spelling since seam and seem bug people

I guess that is a fair view of it, and I can see your point.

Oh, I'd always thought conceal could save you from those 20s. That explains a lot. Doesn't that kinda screw staffmasters? Bit off topic, whoops.

I could be completely wrong about the whole thing Bort, and if I am I'm sure one of our DM's will quickly let us all know. Besides if you really need conc, just ask your friendly bard or wiz/sorc for a displacement. You wont be doing any hells runs without at least 1 of them in a party.

Concealment is rolled before AC. So if you have 50% concealment, half of hits will miss before the d20 is rolled. So, 50% concealment does effectively block half of all 20s, by ensuring half of them are never rolled.
However, epic dodge is done last - so that is the real key to protecting from 20s.

The Dodge feat is not required for Epic Dodge. The official documentation says it does, but you actually dont need it.

i think you forgot to add the extra ab from opportunist. at least i arrive at about 4-5 ab more with your stats. Your correct, checked the ab on some monsters and its actually alot higher then I had posted. Thanks for the catch Bhao

Calad,
Got a question...
If you put on an item that gives a bonus to sneak attack does that stack with your 20d6 sneak attacks?
