from when i was designing my wm, a pretty similar build is possible but the penalty to int means youre a bit more gimped in the skills department and your saves might be a little lacking (i elected to go with a weaker reflex to keep str high). otoh you do get large size, so while you lose the 1 ab/ac you can use a large weapon and get bonuses to disarm/kd
Could this be built with Juggernaut? If so could you let me know what stats you would recommend?
Here's a version I worked out that doesn't Involve a Pandect and uses the Intelligence Artifact Instead of the Strength . Saves are slightly lower,but it has the obvious perks of Water Breathing and 52% Critical Hit Immunity @60 .
"Juggernaut" (secret Beyond UltraRare; changes Appearance) - STR +6, CON +6, CHA -2, free feat: Expertise, increases character size to large, breathes water - Juggernauts receive (Str modifier * 2)% immunity to critical hits, capped at 90%; that is, that percentage of critical hits on them will be converted to non-criticals; this immunity is based on their form and will go away if they polymorph or transform

Not much point using the Eye of Vecna for the confusion immunity now as there are a few items that also give this, the Touch of Vena on the other hand allows you to remove certain annoying mobs without crying for somebody to ruin them. No points in concentration will cause you problems in several LL areas now so it might be wise to spend some points on this skill if you can.
