you only will lose some tags if you change your CC and your classes. then you will be capped at level 40 and I think you will get your xul and lolth tags... I forget. but your lowbie tags should never go away. I have reincarnated numerous times and didn't lose a tag.

Your abilities at start-up seem wrong. 4 points too much.
STR : 20 - 6 : 14 (6 points needed) DEX : 20 - 4 : 16 (10 points needed) CON : 14 (6 points needed) INT : 14 + 2 : 16 (10 points needed) WIS : 14 - 4 : 10 (2 points needed) CHA : 6 + 2 : 8 (0 point needed)
WIS can be dropped by 2 for sure, but the other 2 points might hurt a bit (STR may be).

Thanks atomic. My dex is actually 18 at creation. It was a typo.

Oh, and Lythe, yeah, yeah, we all know rangers are uber ;D -Gegnar Actually it's not a ranger, it's a weapon and shield strength tank with the same final dex as yours and no AC granting abilities beyond the 12 tumble you are getting... And if you do consider medium armor, then a 5% physical drop in return for the extra AC switching to light is definitely worth considering.

Here's my own fighter. I'm reincarnating from a build that had a str artifact so I'll be keeping that, otherwise I'd use int artifact since str artifacts should be harder to find and trade for now. [Edit: The dexterity artifact wouldn't be a bad choice either.]
I picked greatsword since I like switching to the +15 Screaming Gale to hit pit fiends, or elites that regen from fire.

Fighters aren't great, but the ability switching from epic prowess can make a str/dex hybrid tank. I can see hybrid tanks getting a lot more popular with the UUU change.
Hopefully the fighter whetstone will be fixed soon and fighters can start dealing a bit of damage.

Just did some tests on my fighter. Looks like I have 125 AC in heavy armor, 127 in medium, and 129 in light. If I remember correctly, malebranche dex checks are easier in light armor than in heavy, so I'll probably be wearing light most of the time in deeper hells.
My gear setup: Swamp Devil Hide / Keynari Woodsman Leather Fiendish Fingers / Wrists of the Ryukaissen Rakshasa's Hide / Corruption Scintillating Scarf Dire Buckler / Shattered Innocence Amulet of the Pharoah Mordenkanen's Mockery Greater Psi Actuator Bahamut's Ruination Universal Contumacy
Swamp Devil Hide, Fiendish Fingers, and Rakshasa's Hide grant 50/- to all elements. Keynari Woodsman Leather, Wrists of the Ryukaissen, Corruption give more parry but only 35/- to elements.
I'm currently looking through gear to try to find stuff with parry on it but I havent found much:
Cowl of the Sheinja +20 Graz'zt's Abyssal Helm +6 Introweave Cape +10 Keynari Woodsmans Leather +15 Scintillating Scarf - ESF Parry Sheinja Dress Uniform +10 Wrist of the Ryukaissen +10
I'd be curious to see your gear setup, and what sources of parry you have. I get 114 without song nor hell penalties, while wearing Scintillating Scarf, Keynari Woodsman Leather and Wrists of the Ryukaissen. I imagine it'll cap out at 127 - hell penalties.

Got this thing demi tonight (first demi ever! Ty to those who ran with me in hells) In the process of updating the build using Flays template. Much props to him for the idea, Posting tomorrow. Btw, if you wanna hear a good joke, make a fighter, someone is sure to make a joke about it -Geg

Int will cost more to raise than Con due to the half-orc Int penalty, so that doesnt quite work.
Also, listen isnt a fighter skill, if I recall correctly.

Thanks Flay, wasn't thinking! Intelligence left the same.
I have updated the original build which is now Flay's with a twist.
Compared to Flay's build I went with 2 less CON and one less Dex (Final Dex 38, pre-demi). I also dropped Improved Power Attack. Instead I took Skill Focus Parry, Epic Skill Focus Parry and Legendary Skill Focus Parry.
I decided to wear Asmo Plate and a tower shield (pyro flow) for the immunities. With the feats above, Legendary Belt of Resilience (+25 Parry) and BUR Ygrettes (+20 Parry) I have a 122 Parry, which is only 1% off the max fighter conceal of 31%.
In Asmo Plate, with Strongheart I have a 132 AC without girding. I am also 80% Physical Immune and over 100% immune to all elements without shunt.
Once again, thanks to Flay for advice!

Bard song gives around 20 skill points, and caps at 50, so its useless to take LSF Parry these days. Skill focus parry isnt a bad choice, its not like improved power attack is much use. I get my ESF Parry from scintllating scarf, but having flexibility is good.
If you wear heavy armor you'll fail some malebranche dex checks unless you're covered by uuu. But the asmo plate is pretty nice these days, and it is not a huge issue.

geg is that parry number with or without bardsong? I might swap in a belt of eternal preservation to give you some limited crit immune?

That parry is without bardsong. I agree with Flay that LSF Parry is a little redundant, however I had a free feat and chose it to give me some gear flexibility. I do not have Scint Scarf, so I took ESF Parry to compensate. The +13 from ESF and SF Parry nicely offset the -18 armor check penalty (-8 full plate, -10 tower shield) I have. Switching to a large shield or medium armor would give me the full 31% fighter conceal. I do like Mike's suggestion about the belt, however, I do not have it. If I get it I would certainly consider putting it in the gear setup. As for the Male Dex checks. With my single demi and universal contumacy I essentially have a 42 Dex for checks. In heavy armor the DC is 44 (As far as I have been told), meaning only a 1 fails. Will be immune once (if I get double demi. The thing to consider is Para Males. The check is a a fair bit higher (not sure what it is). I may go with light armor yet to avoid these checks more often....will try both gear set-ups and report back here. Thanks for the input, Gegnar
