315 just came down roughly 2 minutes ago, and doesn't appear to be coming back up. I'm unable to log into the other servers as I'm getting the "Your Player Name Is In Use" error message

Bhao just reset it. It was hung by a networking error - a bad client, someone who needs to update the firmware on their router. Unfortunately, it could be anyone who was on that server that reset.

or a list of players who were online. might want to cross-reference IP addresses too to check if any are coming from behind the same router. i know mine automatically assigns different ports, but some may not.
i know you guys already probably thought of all this and did it, but i just thought i'd add my 2ยข.

Depending on how long the server logs connections it is possible to see who connected around that time. But how to get the message to those players that they need to change their client-side config is the challenge. There's usually no way to know what their e-mail address or forum account is (* if they have even registered on the forums) from their player account as listed in the logs.
An alternative would be to script a special on-connect message that the server would send. But then you still need to add the account name to the script or to a database entry(ies) the script would check. And then there's still no guarantee they will ever get the message if they continue to login under the same conditions that cause a crash.

It's irrelevant who was on around that time - as I said, it could've been anyone who logged into the server that reset, not just those logged in at the time. We'dve compiled a list, but we haven't seen any more crashes of this type recently.

Yeah, not worth pursuing over an isolated crash. Could be done, but really no point.
