This problem started right after I got a new router, so I'm assuming it might be related.
When I start up NWN and connect, I have a slow connection to gamespy, see the servers come up, but within seconds, especially if I try connecting, all servers disappear and I can no longer connect to gamespy. This usually resolves after restarting NWN a few time, though the first few times I can't see gamespy at all. I'm not actually sure if it's the restarting or the time delay that does it. Once I'm on then, I'm good for the rest of the night.

try port forwarding, if you can do that. i would also use static IP addresses, just to make things easier on yourself if you havent done so already. many new routers also have a firewall of their own, so i would turn that off if it is currently on. if none of those work, try forwarding the ports found here: www.findports.com/article/gamespy-arcadeTJ
