Looks awesome, as usual I too rather like the looks of maps 2 and 8. Which realms are shown? Are these runs for smaller parties? How many in the recommended party size? Are there going to be tags for defeating the Demon Princes & Princesses? (Hey dude, don't step in the Blibdoolpoop!) Will we see old school Orcus & Demogorgon? ;D I know from D&D lore that the Abyss is infinite, but surely NWN cannot accomodate it. How many different realms are going to be released, and will potentially more come later? 3 maps per run (like hell)? Soooo many questions (sorry).

Looks awesome, as usual I too rather like the looks of maps 2 and 8. Which realms are shown? Top shot is Azzagrat, next 4 are Zionyn, rest are Thanatos. These are hell-level runs. Yup. Yup. Also Obox-ob, Juiblex, and Grazzt. With likely guest appearances by Pazuzu, Pale Death, Zuggtmoy, and possibly others like Yeenoghu and Malcanthet. Randoms are naturally much more random, in the Abyss. 6, if you include the Plane of Portals. No, 9. Each map will have roughly half to two-thirds the spawns of a normal hells run map, with 'tag' portals and minibosses every three maps. The portals will be freely transitionable once you have the tag for that portal (which you get by using it to go back to the Plane or Portals), until you kill the demon prince of their layer, and you'll be able to travel backwards as well as fowards from any given portal on any given plane. Basically, they'll be like hells runs, but divisible into smaller chunks, for those with less time, and more free roaming. Funky

So to clarify 5 layers (+ plane of portals), 9 maps per layer, every 3rd map will have a tag portal and mini-boss. However you can do each map on at a time, in progression for that layer? For each layer you can go backward until you kill the demon prince/ss, then you cannot access any of the maps of that layer except by forward progression?
Are the 5 layers sequential, like hell, based on demon prince tags (5 in all)?

Sequential? That sounds very ..... lawful.

I get to take on Juiblex in NWN. Too cool Thanks for the shortened run implementation.

No, you have to reach a tag portal checkpoint, so you still do maps 3 at a time, they just have fewer spawns and take less time. No, nonsequential. Funky

Wow that's great. So essentially with 5 different paths for tagging it should make it much easier to find people that can be on the same runs (compared to hells), and each "run" should only take 1/2-2/3 as long, assuming same difficulty of mobs, after strategies are figured out.
