Maybe add a bur version of the Planewalker subby?
"Grimwalker" (secret Beyond UltraRare subrace) - no race requirement STR -2, DEX +4, CON +4, INT +2 WIS +2 CHA -2 10% immune to acid/cold/elec/fire/sonic, breathes water, able to walk on quicksand Speaks Abyssal, Celestial, Infernal
May be OP or maybe not, any opinions?

i like the idea... usually, a bur subby ends up giving +10 overall to stats... this one gives +8 overall... perhaps the water breathing and quicksand (which is a powerful ability) balances out giving up the -2 differnce in stats.
though the more i think of it, the more i think having water and walk on quicksand might be over powered... perhaps having one or the other, you start with water breathing, and you can scry to switch it to sand walking, 1 time use (like genie changes appearence and is irreversable).

The same niche that some of us use planewalker for .. everything : )
Flurry of Arrows comes to mind as well as a pure rogue : )

with erinyes for aa and half fiend for rogue I fear that this subby would end up another furchin, or undying... IE almost never used. add some spice to it!

This reminds me of Undying. I can't see a viable niche for the race given Undying is he BuR "build whatever" race.

How does this remind you of Undying? Undying reqs a elf base and nets you +2 all stats overall. The Grimwalker is an open race subby which opens the build variety quite abit as well as not having to use any wb/lev rings which in my book is always a plus.
