This quasiclass is based on the concepts that time is able to be manipulated the same way magic is, this class uses this in new ways to aid their party and hinder their enemies.
Requirements:
Shifter level 5
Wizard level 10
Intellegence 20
Extend Spell
Quicken Spell
Still Spell
A Chronomancer uses 6/5 Shifter + Wizard Level for all spells.
A Chronomancer's spells are slightly changed from normal.
A Chronomancer gains a Hourglass that any spell may be cast on to store the spell in the hourglass "frozen in time"
Haste: When cast using Quicken spell on the chronomancers hourglass, The spell stored within the hourglass is cast with the Chronomancer as the target
Slow: When cast using Still spell on enemies They must make a Will Save or be Frozen in Time (equivilent of having time stop cast and only those enemy affected) for 1 round per 15 Caster levels.
When cast using Quicken spell any ally in the aoe suceeds in its next save
When cast using extend spell any slowed enemy has its dexterity reduces by 10
Mass Haste: When cast using Still spell Any Allies in the AoE Gain +5 Reflex save, Freedom of movement and Improved evasion.
When cast using extend spell any allies in the AoE gain
+2 To Dexterity checks 6 Dodge AC and 6 AB 10/+15 DR
Premonition: When cast using Still spell gains 5/+1 extra damage reduction.
Premonition: When cast using Extend spell gains +500 to the amount of damage absorbed.
Timestop: When cast Each ally makes a Will save vs a DC of 50+Int Modifier if the save is suceeded they are unbound in time for the duration of the spell (same as caster)
A Chronomancer manipulates time without being aware of it and as such gains add's his Intelligence modifer to his AC this counts as a dexterity bonus to AC. In addition the Chronomancer moves at a rate of 2x normal speed.
Expeditious Retreat: ALl Enemies within a Small AOE must make a Will save or be slowed or have their haste removed for 2 rounds.
