This Quasi Focus's on a Wizard who would be an Apprentice of the great wizard Isaac who developed spells such as Isaac's lesser and greater Missile Storms. As a Wizard who dedicated his life to these spells he has been taught how to alter them fundamentally to become many times more powerful.
Reqs: Wizard level 11, Sorcerer level 11, Spell school Evocation, Courteous Magestry, Still spell, Silent spell, maximize spell, empower spell by level 22. You may not have to take Any Armor prof feats or shield prof feats, Nor may you take Monk.
Bonuses: DC for Still Isaacs Greater and Lesser Missile Storm and Quicken Issacs Lesser Missile Storm are 10+int mod+cha mod+focus+4(lesser)6(greater)+(1/spell level above normal)+4
with a modifier of 10 and spell focus Evocation the DC for a quicken lesser missile storm is: 35
Caster level = Wizard + Sorcerer Levels for evocation spells and Main+ 1/2 Other for all other spells ( being a lvl 49 wizard lvl 11 sorcerer would give a CL of 49+5.5.
Magic Missile: May become Elemental at IA(isaac apprentice) level 25 may become sonic at IA level 30 and negetive and positive at level 35 and finally divine at level 40
Regular: Magic missile increases to 1 missile/level dealing 2d3 magic damage per missile
Still: Magic Missile Deals Normal damage but adds a
KD Check of Strength + SR/3 vs DC
Silent: Makes this spell deal 1d3 more per missile
Empower:Instead of the 50% bonus this spell causes you to deal all of its damage at once to a maximum of 120d3
Maximize: Each missile deals 1d3 damage but the damage is unblockable except for SR/Mantles
Issacs Lesser Missile Storm: May become Elemental at IA level 35 may become sonic at IA level 40 and negetive and positive at level 45 and finally divine at level 50
Regular: 1d6+1 per missile Pre legendary and 2d6+2 post Legendary
Still: Applies a check per missile to Pass a save or be knocked down the check is as follows: Str mod + SR/4 vs DC
Silent: Makes the spell deal 1d6+2 damage/missile pre legendary and 2d6+4 damage/missile post legendary
Empower: Instead of applying a 50% bonus this spell causes the spell to deal all of its damage to a single target in one burst up to 20d6+20 damage
Maximize: Instead of maximizing this spell deal 1d6 damage/caster level to up to 10 enemies similiar to firebrand
Quicken: Forces the enemy to make a reflex save for half per missile and the damage of the missiles increases to 5d6 per missile
Isaacs Greater Missile Storm: May become Elemental at IA level 40 may become sonic at IA level 45 and negetive and positive at level 50 and finally divine at level 55
Regular: Deals 2d6+2 damage per missile
Still: Per missile must make a save or be knocked down of Str mod + SR/4 vs DC
Silent: Makes the spell deal 2d6+4 per missile
Empower: Instead of applying 50% this spell deals up to 60d6+60 damage to a single target
Maximize: Instead of maximizing this spell does 2d6/caster level to up to 30 enemies Similiar to firebrand
Penalties of this Quasi: Inability to use Conjuration spells/scrolls including Rez Packs You may only cast Magic Missile Isaacs Lesser and Greater Missile Storms Offensively all other spells have no effect. you may not learn any Epic spells except for Evocation.
I decided to recently add the Wizard and sorc reqs to make this more quasiesque because well no one ever goes wizard and sorc and certainly not 11/11 by 22 >.> Also added the ability to alter Damage types
