A major alteration to The Healer quasi-class, to keep it simplified it means this build does have offensive capability but fits this quasi-class concept.
Description
----------------
Throughout the world there is mention of a temple for monks that stands out from all others.
While Monks may understand the body well enough to heal themselves and use similar techniques for combat, this is just a beginning on a path to enlightenment.
For those that find this elusive temple, the path is completed.
Trained in the Divine Palm these Monks touch the world of life and the gods, gaining greater healing arts and knowledge to be used for healing or infliction of pain. For life is about both.
Requirements
-------------------
- Must have 15 levels of Monk, 9 levels of Cleric, and Epic Skill Heal by level 24
Benefits
------------
- By strengthening the body more energy can be put into healing or inflicting wounds: Each Epic Toughness feat taken adds 100 points to Heal skill.
- For certain spells (see below(, caster level is equal to Cleric levels + Monk levels
- Heal skill becomes area affect increasing with power at higher levels:
- Stunning fist now causes damage (even if stun is saved) on a hit incrementally as follows:
- Quivering Palm is now the ultimate life palm still 1 per day. Becomes a large area touch attack doing same damage as Stunning Fist at same incremental levels but with no instant death affect - damage only.
- Turn Undead links the monk to the divine life, no longer turns undead but does the following (rest required when all used)
Spells affected by Monk and Cleric levels
----------------------------------------------------------
0.
- Cure Minor Wounds
- Inflict Minor Wounds
1.
- Cure Light Wounds
- Inflict Light Wounds
2.
- Cure Moderate Wounds
- Inflict Moderate Wounds
3.
- Bestow Curse
- Blindness/Deafness
- Contagion
- Cure Serious Wounds
- Inflict Serious Wounds
- Negative Energy Protection
4.
- Cure Critical Wounds
- Deathward
- Freedom of Movement
- Inflict Critical Wounds
5.
- Circle of Doom
- Healing Circle
- Monsterous Regen
- True Seeing
6.
- Harm
- Heal
7.
- Regenerate
8.
- Mass Heal
9.
- Undeaths Eternal Foe
Well the scaling may need tweaking but taking so many of monk and cleric does compromise it nicely to maintain a balance.
Hope this works out better than the Healer quasi-class I posted
Cheers
