So, the Fighter/Bard mix is okay then? Not without more power offsets. Funky

So, the Fighter/Bard mix is okay then? Not without more power offsets. Funky Can you explain what you might think is overpowered about this idea, so I can better understand what might be a good way to offset it. At the moment I don't see it horribly horribly overpowered to be honest.

One of the issues is that none of your class requirements are really an additional cost: - Weapon Finesse
- Weapon Focus in a Slashing Weapon that you wield 2handed
- GSF Illusion
- Dodge, Mobility
- 15 Perform
- 15 Tumble
- 15 Parry
All of those are things you'd likely get anyway (especially if you wanted to go on and splash WM later). Another possibility you could look into is a Bard/Shadowdancer combo; that would be pretty unique (I don't think I've seen anyone combine those classes at more than a splash level). Acaos

Thanks for the input Acaos. I had thought about ShD after I'd spent some time this last week actually rebuilding my Shadowdancer.
I'll probably do a switchover to that. I'll have to see...I thought it might be hard to work out with shadow evade (and I didn't know if ShD edits are in the works, that was a HUGE reason)
And I'll rethink some of the requirements. Thanks ^_^

The bard/SD combo sounds nice. The big weakness with SDs is the weak AB, even at lvl 60, with G Dex 10 / Epic Reflexes swap-out and 16 BAB. Dunno how the quasi would/could deal with that, but something to consider I guess.
