caster gear that gives more 7-9th lvl slots than dachy set
cloak +15 deflection 4 - 8th slotts 4 - 9th slotts +8 to casting stat sneak attack immunity (or similar)

An item that raises the DC of called shot by 1 (but only up to say...58/59) would be really nice as this is a 52-58 area and so by the time you hit level 60 it wouldn't be useful unless you're playing a splash ranger.
In regards to XDDs, they need some love I think too. Perhaps a way to increase the size of their dragon aura or perhaps take the save reduction to 3-->4 or something simlar?
I also think that zen rangers with shortbows need some sort of assistance damage wise. I like my Zen Ranger, but sadly he just doesn't hold up damage wise.
More boots perhaps? It always seems that my LL toons use boots of the bastion until they hit BURs...or is that just me?

A one use stone that ports you to the Work Shop so you don't have to beg someone from Hellstorm to use their portal or do a DB run or run down the chain after a DB run and slog your way to the cave.....or waste a SoS stone....

Escaping Pitchiness Boots * Gives +4 for str checks and each check consumes 2 charges, has 21 charges * this item cannot be unnequipped if its charges arent full, but can be lost during limbo/fugue +5% phys (piercing, bludge, slashing) +12 Str Freedom Immunity Knockdown Freedom Immunity Sneak attack
Endure Maledictions Boots Same version, but with +4 Dex for checks and +12 dexterity
Forgotten Dust of Sagacity A weaker version of saphires of sagacity, but when used would grant you 200.000xp (this one only drops in the boss poop) and that can only be used during a certain level, probably during 40-50.
Neverending Stones This stone will restore every spell from a certain lv (like all all 7th spells) or will fully restore one of your epics spells.
Lol Potions These potions grants the user immunity: silence during X rounds.
Helmets for wizards/clerics/druids/sorcerer +16 deflection 1x spells for 1st level to 6th 2x spells from 7th to 9th +12 caster main abiliti some other immunities here...
More rangers shortbows, those ones could add some dmg, based on the Called Shot DC, what it means that they would be based on dex and wis modifiers + ranger lvs, and create the bows with the dmg that are missing.
Dont forget to make sure, that the ranger's secret bow should be adapted to small races if an upgrade appears here...

I'd like to see a series of 2handed weapons with a sorc spell slots on them for the tank-bfms out there. Slots somewhere in the range of a Dachy staff (so definately much less than Tia). Thematically it would also make sense to add the mega fire damage to these as it makes sense for a TankBFM to be doing massive fire damage on his weapon. Greataxe of Immolation, Greatsword of Immolation, etc...
I'm a big fan of progressive quests also- as it encourages players to play through the entire game. It would also be nice to have the boss of each of these elementally themed areas (myco - acid, uro - ice, sissy - elec, etc...) drop some sort of elemental token. Acquireing all of them and trading them in rewards a new item - perhaps it could be part of delfestra's idea of epic upgrades. Epic + token from each ele zone = upgraded epic. Perhaps it could also return "token of superior elemental immunities" - with a once per day effect of 50% elemental immunities lasting for a very short time.
Another interesting item would be a reverse SoS that allows a party member to summon another party member to their location from another location.

In the future, perhaps an idea like this could be incorporated as a key to a new run. Say the dev team comes up with a "seat of the elements" run, and the key to get in would be a composite of drops off Uro for cold, Myxo for acid, Ssssy'is for electric, Dustbone for fire, something like that.

I came up with an interesting idea to help those poor, dying out ranger based dex lashers. Dual wielding whips is impossible, and using a whip and another weapon makes the wielder lose their LWF bonus, making dual wielding costly. It would be nice for some 30/10s to come out into play again.. so I propose:
Torture knife of Gehenna. (Kukri) This item may only be equipped by a lasher of hatred. When this weapon's unique power is used on a whip, this item 'borrows' that whip's properties and allows it's use. (for example, if it were used on a DB whip, this weapon would gain 2d12 acid, fire, elec, divine, magic, pos, and +2 dex). The targetted whip may not be dropped and cannot be equipped. This weapon also counts as a whip when equipped in the off hand, including all bonuses from weapon focus to devastating critical hit. (If applicable). Using the unique power on another whip frees up the currently bound whip and replaces the kukri's powers with the targetted whip, and binds it appropriately. Using the weapon's unique power upon itself frees up the whip and remove's the kukri's powers. While this weapon is bound to a whip, neither may be dropped or transferred. A lasher casting blade thirst on this weapon imbues the touch of the lash as if applied on a whip.
Essentially, it's a workaround so that character with this can dual-wield whips.

A new feature for items: Temporal, preventing the user being stopped by Time Stops.
Off Topic, but related to the above; could player cast time stops be changed so they do not affect party members in other areas to the caster. I sometimes party with friends on other runs just to chat and it can be annoying/deadly to be stopped by each other's time stops.

Weapons with vampiric regeneration on them. Items with bonus to Parry on them, these are really not many of them imo. Items with specific immunity to ability drain. Items with specific immunity to various mind effects: stun, daze, charm, sleep (who knows?), confusion (although this is already covered in thid helm), dominate (maybe too overpowered).
