Maybe I've missed something, but it seems like there are a decided lack of Open subraces that would work well for a cleric.
I was originally looking into making an open Cleric or Theurge build, but more or less gave up on the idea. Virtually all the subraces would either cause problematic XP penalties or have reductions from Wisdom or Charisma.
I would think that a human subrace with +1 Wisdom, +1 Charisma, -2 Dexterity and maybe an extra favored class of cleric would be ideal for those looking into contructing Clerics or Theurges.
Just my 2 cents...

Female Drow has +2 Cha and +2 Wis with a favored class of Cleric. The Con and Str penalty are a bit tough, but the 65SR at 60 sounds nice (unless the mobs have more Spell Pen).
But I wouldn't worry too much about the penalty to wis or cha when making a cleric. HG requires a high caster stat to get many spells to land. Most caster clerics don't have enough ability points to raise Cha to a useful level, and turner clerics max Cha and don't spend that many points on Wis.

I built an Arcane Theurge on an open sub Sage of the Deep I don't think it would be too difficult to alter it for Divine/Cleric CC On the Wiki Build section there is a Lizardfolk(Human) and Sverfneblin(Gnome) Caster ClericNo one has built a open turner to my knowledge but the best races I see for it would be Drow (Female Elf), Nereidkin (Half-Elf), or Half-Dragon Blue (Human)
