Made a minor change and moved 2 STR into DEX for more AB and AC and added currently planned Paragon feats.

Hi guys, this build is still valid?
Can work with katana?
I like the idea to use 2 katana or katana(stygian) and sai. Would be very nice and beautiful like graphic aspect (the reason why I don't like nunchagu)

Sai no longer grants parry bonus so not worth using Katana Ok as weapons go, however primary Dex builds struggle to compete with Str for damage output and two weapons whilst giving more attacks do nowhere near as much as one two handed weapon on the dps front due to damage resistance of things you're beating on. More little packets would be fine if there was no damage resistance but with this in play you want each successful hit to do as much as possible. Whilst you may not like chucks they have zero chance of getting slagged so that takes this problem away completely no matter what your discipline score may have been reduced to by penalties, etc.

For this reason chucks ... are terrible ... and when you equip shield ... terrible x2 But if changing some feat the build is still valid, I will enjoy to play it

I am reviewing this build I did make a change to the layout to no longer specify Sai but looking at weapon changes I would say Sai and Wind Fire Wheel are still viable being 2d4 19-20 x2 vs Kama & Nunchaku's 1d6 20 x2 which I would say are the top weapon picks for this build. Looking off hand I think I can do a viable good variant too.

Swap Toughness at creation for Stealthy and take LSA Hide, max conceal vs extra HP is pretty much a no-brainer especially in combination with the Fighter extra conceal check. Alternatively you could drop those enabler feats and take your second Monk level at 40 taking Tumble to 40 and Hide to 43 as taking the second monk level pre-20 just gives a small saves boost. Swap in something else for Blind Fight as with max Listen it really does nothing for you. One other benefit of splashing Blackguard is the ability to use poisons some of which can be extremely effective.
