Were you targeting an enemy or the ground? I believe you must actually target something other the spell won't work.

There's also the chance you turned on the option that has it only display one brand - !lowmode. Taking a look at the sp feedout will tell the tale.

East road mobs are immune to fire, aren't they?

It also happened in the desert. So thats why i stepped out to the East road to test it.
Ok, just finished testing it in the Cemetery. The brands do work (as the mobs died), but I was unaware of the change whereby you had to actually target a creature now vs. just the ground would of sufficed before.
Also, I made sure !enhmode was on, and still did not see any brands flying, although they did work. Any ideas about that please?

Other than that, brands are so laggy that they'll sometimes hang your framerate, making them effectively invisible. Try !lowmode if it isn't already on. Funky

I am getting 60 - 75.1 fps, using the tilde (~) key and typing fps. Output says 60.5 up to 75.1.
OK, just ran another test. It WAS the !lowmode.
Thanks for quik and easy fix !!
You peoples are the best !
Cheers

Oh, but now a Q on a side note.
Why was the change whereby we need to target a creature, instead of just the ground ? I kinda liked it the previous way, how you could click the creature to do singular damage, or the ground to do mob damage ?
