-Added new Pharlan areas! Look to the trees. -Spot now increases the dc of pickpocketing. Expect to need more than 30 points to pickpocket many monsters. -Players can now initiate server reset once server has been up 9 hours or more. It requires 5 players to use the !earlyreset command. Even one player using !delayreset will cancel reset until the normal 12-hour mark. -Fixed temp hells tags. You may now also relog after defeating Asmodeus without being sent to the workshop. -Improved Spell Resistance feats now increase SR for nonmonks too, so others can use that Pandect if they want. -Stones of Rebirth now all fire off 50% of the time of death, no matter how many you have, potentially using many stones per death. -Random Item Rarity Checker no longer errors on large numbers of items. -Bug and exploit fixes.

Er, I think it means that every stone on you, when you die, has a 50% chance of disappearing.
But if you only have one, are you still rezzed if it doesn't go off?

One stone is guaranteed to fire. Every other stone has a 50% chance to decide to fire as well, just to be sure.
Rumors persist of a mythical 'Manager Stone' which parcels out the task of resurrection to its 'Associate Stones', but sadly, the dark wizard Optionspakage cast the Endless Retirement spell on the Manager Stone and it has not been seen since.

ah thanks for the clarification on the stone of rebirth, I was first under the impression that there was a 50% chance you wouldn't get ressed and the stone would disappear anyways.
As for pharlan, I've explored everywhere with trees that I can think of -- ruins of anduin + those areas, shadow elves, etc and still not to be found. Is it too much to ask for another clue?

can you now take more than 1 point in a skill when you do a legendary level-up? Is that one of the bugs that has been fixed?

No, you've always been able to take more than 1 point in a skill, up to the max for your level. Funky Remember I could not do that for Parry on my Ftr/rdd. Yu looked at it and then I could select Parry. But then I could only add 1 point of any skill per LL, afterwhich that skill disapeared as an option. You said that the fix was coming in a Mod update.
