Acaos and I are both passing out now. If anything goes wrong with the update, as is possible given the number of major systems changed and added, well, we have fresh vault and database backups, so don't fret. Funky

One very small issue I have noticed already ... My Monk-RDD (M25-Bd1-RDD14, char name Delgerax Foo, player name trazik, server 113 @ approx 12:45 CET) logged in and the updater said only 1 change (-4 Str which I was expecting). However, there was a second change: the Tumble AC cap which resulted in -4 AC. Again, this was expected and is not the place to debate the change, I only wish to point out that 2 changes were made, but only 1 identified by the updater. It can wait until after you get a good night's sleep, of course.

Concerning the ranger wisdom ac change, I just tested on an updated server and the offhand ac stacks with the wisdom in light armor ac.
At level 40 I went from 111ac to 123 ac. My pure ranger was planned to hit 134 ac dual wielding, but with that change it will hit 148ac unbuffed in UR gear (geared, 50 dex 38 wis in UR leather). While lots of AC is nice, are you truly wanting dexers this high or is this a soon to be corrected/modified double stacking?

p- Total spellslots allowed on equipped items are now limited to 255 total, to prevent crashes, checked on equip instead of on login. Almost all our crashes have been caused by this, despite the current fix. sry to say this but while this can be a small nerf for rich wiz/clr/druids ( so no need to complain about it ) it really cripples theurges builds; in full tia gear mine has 320+ slots, with a more defensive setup this scales to 300+, but the loss is so noticeable that i have simply no room for wizard buffs ( as many items raise my lvl 9 unusable wizard slots, a waste of room )

I can't see myself playing theurge with this huge loss. I was actively playing at 291-300ish (more from double demi), I've never seen the server crash whilst playing my character. but this is a huge hit, more so than anything... And I dont want to reincarnate it to a 38 1 1 as a UR race is my only option, as theurge was stargazer. This is my favorite character I play most, is there anything that can be done to work around this please?

A small, but seemingly scary bug with the update ....
If you log in to the updated servers, then go to one that has not updated, you can "lose" tags. I lost Overmind and Belial with my Rogue-AA.
However, if you then go back to an updated server, the tags are restored., so there is no real loss, you just have limited play options until the remaining 3 are reset.

- Instead of getting both Str and Dex bonuses for every 5 legendary levels, Barbarians now only get strenth bonuses, unless they have the weapon finesse feat, in which case they get dexterity instead of strength.
They used to get str, dex and con boosts during legendary levels. Do they still get con boosts or not?

That's in addition to their normal WM ab bonuses. The wis ac is in addition to the shield ac, but if you check the 8-20 thread you quoted you'll find that's a typo. That's the cap, it's still wis based. Funky Oh whew (about the AB). Thanks Funky. I realized the typo in the 8-20 update; just was using it as a reference point to specify what I was talking about. I really love both of these changes as well. Thanks to you and Acaos both for another great update. Did the druid spell changes make it in yet?

-The Artist feat grants an effective +2 levels to bard and curse song, allow up to level 62 song effects. See the book in the Item Shop for details on the specific effects. Does Artist feat raise also levels for side effect of song (stone-like effect and SR drop) ?

Check the green text on this page for spells mods that are in the mod: docs.google.com/View?docid=dfr84scb_0hk23d7Notably, Elemental Storm isn't in yet, but I was having fun porting around the docks with my mage and 'Gate'. The damage looks nice on Firestorm too.. Haven't played around much beyond that, though I know claus was trying out a few of the druid spells...
