Premise: Bound "consumable" type item that refreshes charges to allow the effect of special power 1/day. special power casts level 50 StF, RC, or RD targeted on self automatically after x milliseconds (yes X could be very large, see below, just using milliseconds due to engine) of respective hostile effect present on holder
Virtue swaps between the different spells. Only 1 cast/day and only 1 effect at any one time. 24 hr realtime cooldown for swapping spell
I'm not sure how long this would take to code but it seems fairly simple as far as my understanding goes.
Balance-wise, I'm picturing this as "BUR"+ level drop similar to beaker, possibly either from new area (if EEs drop could be improved a bit maybe) or added as a set drop to a miniboss, final boss, or set chest from an existing run of appropriate endgame tier
I think this would be pretty cool and not too unbalanced. Idea is obvious; "auto-correct" an annoying condition that otherwise requires a fellow party member to save you from. Yes I understand the point of needing someone else to do it for you but I think if placed as appropriate rarity/difficulty to obtain it would be ok, and also only 1/day anyway
Initially I was picturing this to help relieve simple stoning but if it's appropriately balanced it could even be used to ameliorate effects requiring high-CL cures such as RC or RD--ice prison, maze, nasty diseases etc
Specifically avoiding serving the function of GR for ameliorating inflicts, poisons, and other such debuffs
Timer for casting the buff I could see going 2 ways: either very short (x=as short as scripting allows to be nearly instantaneous) or decently long (couple rounds)
Shorter timer would be more powerful and would take effect quickly enough to prevent any helpful, astute and quick party members from "wasting" a cure
Longer timer should be long enough to allow party members to cure before it takes effect and is "wasted"
