Picked a Cambion book up last night and was musing what it would best be used for, feats look inclined towards a smiting BG or possibly a BFM tank (yes I'm in on the whole tank discussion thing), has anybody used this race for something and if so how did it fare?

Smiter paladin, but the lack of LSA:Listen means it's quite crippled in hells, until you can crossclass listen to high values in PL and use a Salamander aug. Smiters in general shine in abyss, and there's less conceal to worry about there.

Yes sounds like Half-Elf base would have been better in that respect, I'll use Blind Fight and see how it fares. Thanks for that.

Pharlan is a lil better for bk; other divine casters who don't go rapier wit are best served with pharlan or half guardinal, or even half cloud giant. Cambion overall is quite sucky for divine tanks, if you don't need to max out your charisma (I reach 76 while keeping enough strength for crit immunity on my paladin, anything less and other races are better).

Need no LSABard and Monk Red Dragon Disciple (actually don't need LSA tumble due class feature) Need just LSA DisciplineRogue Pale Master (may not need Parry due critical immunity and don't really need tumble due bone skin, but still benefit from it)Need just LSA TumbleRanger Weapon Master Barbarian Dwarven Defender
