I am not sure how Disarm works to a 100%. What I know is that you need high AB to make it work, and also weapon size affects it IIRC?
I am thinking of making use of the Disarm feats, my AB will be around ~(100-105)-ish. Weapon will be bastard sword or morningstar.
Can someone help me out with the details missing? is it worth spending, either with feats or Pandect ? ( if I aquire one)

Weapon size is not relevant for disarming, neither is character (and opponent) size. Disarm is a check of:
your max AB (always counted with +20 magical cap) + any feat bonuses + d20 VS. (enemy Discipline)*0.9 + d20
Note that enemy Discipline is not subject to the 127 hard cap, especially for paragons. Second note, disarm AB does not suffer from layer penalties, however if you rely on Craft Weapon for a point or two, it will be lower due to skill penalties. You can always run "!filter checks" to see what AB you disarm with.
105-110 AB is much safer bet, although if you have several skill decreasing abilities at your disposal (RDD/barb aura, Prayer, lash inflicts...), you can get away with less.

I dunno what to fill the blanks with at this point. I can always invest in the 3 two handed feats, but I could also think of disarm for one of them ( then I need to lose one feat in epic/leg for imp Disarm too ) can someone help me out here ? Ideas welcome.

Let me check saves.... Saves Fort: 5+4+7 Base + 10 epic + 5 LL + 9 Stats + 20 Items +11 Paladin = 71 Reflex: 2+1+7 Base + 10 epic + 5 LL + 11 Stats + 20 Items +11 Paladin = 67 Will: 2+1+3 Base + 10 epic + 5 LL + 8 Stats + 20 Items +2 Ironwill +11 Paladin = 62 That is already very high, no need to spend feats here. Some (weak) ideas: Blind fight Brutal Throw Resist energy (s) You could go 6 Paladin, 4 Fighter and loose one Bonus feat but gain level 1 Paladin spells with 6 CL. But for what...

You could go Brutal Throw/WF/Imp. Crit and add a ranged attack (not much for damage, but helpful on certain runs)
Alertness + SF: Listen helps you max out your Listen skill (pretty sure it's part of +50 cap)
Maybe superior crit?

Gave it some though, and came to the conclusion that I'll invest in Expertice / Imp Expretice and superior Crit / BlindFight. Thank you all for your help and ideas.
