Got it to x2 the other night, thanks for the Nessus run Raj With the paragon Anchoring I took the other day its very solid and in combination with a Serpents Coil practically un-KDable at least through Str and Dex checks you'll get. Personally I love the disarm ability as it gives you something to do to the non-crittable mobs you come across that are holding something to hit you with in their grubby talons, also improves the survivability of your entire party as disarmed critters do significantly less damage and lose weapon based special abilities (no more skewering you on their spears when you've relieved them of it!).

After review I've changed the last Paragon feats as Water Breathing and Levitation are somewhat redundant as I wear a PW ring most off the time therefore I would suggest taking -
ESF Parry (this will get you well over 100 Parry with buffs and gear) thus giving you immunity to Called Shot and Mortal Strike attempts and about 50% critical immunity on top of your ac and concealment making you very difficult to hit and damage Use the Min Knockdown Pandect and take Legendary and Paragon KD because its funny to see stuff on its bum like a helpless tortoise!
The base DC of mortal strike on this build is 58 with the PoM gloves and a suitable Ego item you could get it to 60 and I suspect an extra 1 on top of this from reaching your final maximum Dex at level 80 and the druid paragon stat boost spell.

One more tweak you could consider if building from scratch would be to swap the Two Weapon fighting feats pre-Epic for Power Attack & Great CLeave then take Overwhelming Critical & Devastating Critical as your last two Paragon feats and use a different Min Pandect. this will give you a slightly better Mortal Strike opportunity at the cost of the extra damage from the second weapon.

OK I may be mistaken about the double weapons thing, went to Elysium the other night as because of an unfortunate shield mishap earlier in the day was forced to go two weapons and had a blast with a DB one in main hand and a MoAD one offhand (nice for breaching casters). Seemed to be quite effective and increased the damage output quite a lot.

Still playing this as its my all time favourite build, now at x3 so can afford to go two weapons in most of the lower Hell layers as an AC of 142 is plenty enough when the conceal and parry are taken into account.

Standard suggestion for paragon feat spread; consider taking Env. Adapt. on paragon feats, especially if you don't run Abyss a lot for prince tags and let's be real especially if you run abyss for prince tags and don't afkleech as a bot in the back; pens get inconvenient for melees in deep Abyss and further so in Limbo and Limbo(H). Robed monk assassin really benefits from retaining physical immunity/skills against penalties, when things get hairy it's more fun to not get instakilled by marilith tailwhips than it is to get instakilled by marilith tailwhip.

Been running this regularly in Hardcore mode Limbo part 1 and can confirm its very solid there especially when tweaked to be using two Katanas (the offhand being the Stygia OC/DC one to increase both damage and MS chances), add in the ability to use poisons on both your weapons (mix and match for more fun) and you will find yourself slashing your way up the kills list whilst doing decent damage.
