Unable to update with arf2, flies missing from IGN

Arf2 is failing to update the CEP for me.  It looks like the files might not be hosted on IGN anymore?

This is the URL arf is pointing to: nwvault.ign.com/fms/Download.php?id=147417

Is there another place to point arf to to have it do the update?

I had the same problem a couple days ago. If you have a friend with the files, they can zip it and send them to you through dropbox, skype, email, etc. Worked for me. Goodluck.

Ok, I got it working. Thanks for the advice.

I manually installed the CEP from here neverwintervault.org/cep and then ran arf2 which did a bunch of updating and replacing and now I can get in just fine. Now off to see who I can contact to maybe get this account linked to the one I played on...10 years ago...

I replaced the arf2 default link with this one for CEP and it worked, it then updated properly.

I had a lot of trouble finding a working 1.69critical(platinum install from disk) that would work....arf2 link just kept failing. Google'd for quite some time but all the links I found would die after starting. Turns out my AVAST kept killing the download. Disabled avast for install and 1.69 link on arf2 worked fine:-X. Other anti-virus may have the same effect, thought I would save noob's like me a few hours of futzing around.
