My inkling is that, as is, I've started this suggestion off a wee bit too powerful. Would like some help reining it in without making it useless. As it stands, builds that don't require natural AC on amulet could just as well not use any amulet at all and people probably wouldn't notice. Looking for something that can better fill this gap.

It looks a bit imbalanced to me. Giving it uber bonuses in exchange for +0 Natural AC just means that most people get ZERO use from it, but classes such as Staffmaster can cheesily cover a bunch of the harder-to-find immunities (Confuse/Daze/Stun) + basic Exotic DR, all with one item.
This item has so many advantages over anything else that it would be a no-brainer choice for these classes.

Two possible suggestions to bring it more into line (in my eyes, at least - I could be wrong):

1) Remove Daze + Stun immune
-> It's still a good item, just can't get away with the 'all misc immunes in one slot' concept.

2) Remove the active ability + Confuse immune
-> The item is already very strong without the Active, and I believe Confusion immunity is present on a fair few XR options, so it won't be too hard to cover it elsewhere.

Edit: Oh yeah, consider adding some +Specific Saves to it. +10 vs Mind-Affecting might be an okay starting point?

Gonna go with option two for now and update accordingly. I was actually already thinking about +10 vs. Mind-Affecting. Great minds.

For flavor I was also thinking about some small amount of Psionic Immunity/Resist?

How about giving it 127 parry/immune to critical hit kills? This is hard to cover for some of these classes

Seems like that would be really highly in favor of Staffmasters, considering DwDs and BKs already have access to crit immune. Not to say that it's a bad idea, but it seem very clearly a staffy cookie.

Ahh I wasn't aware BK had crit immunity. DwD immunity is that awful slow ability so still some utility. Also nice for classes with barkskin as an option. Anyway just a suggestion which was different to what can be attained for fortunate randomization.

It's not as strong in terms of duration as other divine tanks, but they can still use Death Ward.

Updated to make it more clearly "paragon tier" since it was determined via Slack convo to be weaker than well-randomized BURs.
