Would like it to do: 1) Gas cloud visual and sound 2) 1 or 2 of 3 things pretty random Greater restoration with delay of 4 seconds <10% chance Acid damage 50% chance (just for the effect) Cause blindness until rest 50% chance And yes..about 30% of the time it should do nothing but give some smoke. Would like it to have a constitution boost to Minotaurs only if possible whilst causing temporary insanity to ne race not Mino. Cause Mino's are kewl Sounds cool. If you wanted scripted effects though, you gotta do em yourself. Funky Some days I just wanna lock this thread. Funky

Oops, obviously I haven't read as much of this thread as I should have done lol. If I could do the scripting myself I would, unfortunately I'm about as incompetent at that ort of thing as you can get. Sorry bout that hehe. However if the drink could be added without the side effects that'd be kool. If not oh well lol

Nerohdam's Night Symphony Exhausted after endless nights of sleeplessness to compose the perfect musical score, Nerohdam concocted this bright blue elixer with a touch of red slime to help get some rest his mind and body badly needed to finish his musical masterpiece. As a result he created one of the best requiems the town of Ascension has ever known. Unfortunately, not too many of his friends got a chance to hear it at his funeral. Effect: Upon using the elixer it will put the player to sleep with the usual effects due to resting. However, once the player goes into their next pvp area then the person will have curse cast upon the caster and/or group and the caster will fall asleep! I unfortunately do not know the script for this as I am not sure how complicated this would be but I think it would be interesting never the less. If someone could give me a hand with the scripting I would appreciate it!

Helbrax's Harbinger Overworked and underpaid, an aspiring alchemist decided that it was necessary to increase his production. After several weeks of combining numerous exotic beans and herbs, he finally created a concoction he believed would give him the stamina he desired. However the effect created upon imbibing the brew was not expected, and is generally considered rude in social settings.
Upon drinking the potion, the Balagarn's iron horn spell is cast. I'll see if I can't hammer out some scripting for this.

"Stupid Dave, one of the least known and least knowledegeable people ever to walk the land, was notable only for his lack of knowledge about almost every subject imaginable except Bush Pruning. He is commemorated today by a drink that renders the unfortunate imbiber similarly clueless. I'm no good at scripting, but I'm pretty sure than setting WIS and INT to 3 is easy enough (please someone post the code if it's actually a script at all!). We might just have to drop the resist illusion part, unless someone wishes to do it for me, or direct me to a very good scripting guide.

If I may make a suggestion Stupiddave... Go and have a look at the descriptions of the drinks in rips, then repost yours. I think you missed the quote Bort tried to give you. It needs to take you longer to write the description than it takes Funky to put it in the mod.

I spent a lot of time deciding on how to word that... And it's never easy to decide to be rude about yourself. However, as you have a point... "Despite having trained as a Wizard, Stupid Dave lived up to his name in many ways. He would bumble around Ascension asking where the Merchant's Emporium was, solely so that he could buy a Potion of Fox's Cunning and actually find the place the next time. Eventually, he resorted to sitting around in the Tavern, drinking exotic Intelligence-lowering brews so that no-one who met him would actually realise that his lack of knowledge was due to stupidity as opposed to Alcohol. Having finally found the perfect combination of ingredients to render him totally zombie-like, he met a tragic end when he walked unknowing down the East Road." Keep the effects and name the same - that's the story of the first time I ever played PoA (minus the drinking and with a different reason for asking where the Merchant's Emporium was).
