When testing dragon disciple control class builds I noticed that shard racial speed was not being applied after transforming to dragon shape. Is the same situation true for pale masters and pariahs? Would a pixie pale master run faster than genie?

I believe it says somewhere (im sure i've read it) that you lose some abilieties upon transforming, like speed, levi etc - juggernaut's case also the crit imm. As i underestand those abilities being tied to the form instead of feat-like ability.
Then again, I could be all wrong.

The only thing you lose on permanent form change is speed unless otherwise specified (Juggernaut crit imm % being one). I've made Shard Pariah's (dissapointing as I was hoping to zip around!) which proved this, Genie PM's do not lose levitation (very handy as you end up with both waterbreathing and levitation) and Treants are still painfully slow if you make a shifter with one and change forms. I'm going to guess if you made a Treant RDD it might go quicker but as it's not a optimal race for this I doubt anyone has done this to test? The only guaranteed way to make Treants (or other slow races) fast is to make a Monk with one and that's actually quite amusing seeing a Tree whiz round the map.
