Looking for files to Play on Higher Ground

I'm looking for the files i need to install to play on Higher ground, the Wiki site only allows me to Download the arf2 and hge_updater, all the other links send me to a page full of gibberish. The Other files i'm trying to get are:
Higher Ground Enhanced - GUI - BETA 28
Higher Ground Enhanced - Override Files - BETA 18+
Higher Ground Enhanced - Additional Quickchats - BETA 21+

Hi, if you use firefox you have to right click -> save as, direct click does indead lead you to gibberish world.
