Yeah, changed that.
Tbh I was more worried about highlighting the RD/RC spells for lazy guys than explaining how to change spellbook based on demi status and Hellstore buys, might as well put both in the 'definitive' spell list.

Only missing song settings with emphasis on perform needs. with include song settings, could/should archive the rest of the 39/1 builds.
One suggestion, when choosing voice sets, if have the expanded version, The Ogre Boss voice set does not spam chat when persuading.

SO... question. Has anyone else done the Half-Guardinal version of this build? I am short 6 skill points. At level 60 I am down 6 and all won't be capped to reflect this like you've indicated. Where do I sacrifice ideally?

Where do I sacrifice ideally? Most likely Heal, you won't cap that anyways and it's not the most important one to be capped either.

Don't lose sleep over a handful of skillpoints.

"If you're an old player who owns BUR Shard but is starting from scratch, remember the build ends 4 charisma short pre-demi, so you better not take any of the Abjuration foci and take 4 Great CHA, then reincarnate once x2. "
What would you recommend replacing the extra Extra Spell (6) for?
I'm thinking a Gtr Cha for the bard bonus feat, but any advice for the free feat that then frees up?

You want 60 (modified) charisma and 60 is what your charisma will be. That is the goal, with whatever gear you have available to you, be it +12, +14, +16 or anything in between, and the same goes for demi and PL bonuses. The reason is that you will be expected to have maximum radius on epics (HMR, DotD, UUU). Higher than that is pointless and the stats will be used better elsewhere. Keep that in mind while taking feats. (side note: you can get away even with smaller radius epics, but it means that you will be underperforming in your job as a bard - you will still be invited to most groups, because people can't be picky with bards, but people won't be as happy as if you had big epics)

Now that my bard is double-demi and creeping closer towards 80 I'm starting to consider my reincarnation options. I've stepped on to the slippery slope of boxing, and am currently lacking a picker/searcher in my 4box team. I'm just wondering how harmful it would be on reincarnation to make this 38 bard, 1 pally, 1 rogue, to add a picker/searcher/disable traps to my options.
Picker cleric is the obvious choice most take, i already know this so no need to make that suggestion, I'm just playing with a few ideas and would appreciate any input on this particular one.
I would consider dropping persuade and maybe heal to get open lock and search, but perhaps you might have a better idea?

You need a totally different build, I'd probably go Elf Undying (elf is a must for able learner else you spend too many feats on ESF, and Shard has too few skill points) 39 bard/1 rogue and still be able to swap a CL ego (or wear a good one full time) for full conceal%/bc.
If no ego available then 38/1/1 is always better. Drop heal, can drop few points from umd(just 1 enough)/pp(about 40 points) then eventually drop parry as well to make room for all rogue skills.
Persuade is simply necessary to help casters land spells on many enemies so I'd never give it up, exception if you're botting and aren't paying much focus on the bard, in that case drop persuade and take parry back.
